    The ultrasound report found an enlarged liver with diffuse increased echogenicity and fatty liver grade III. The kidneys, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, aorta, IVC, and bladder were normal. The prostate was also normal size and texture with no free fluid. The impression was fatty liver grade III with mild hepatomegaly and raised right renal cortical echogenicity.

    ULTRASOUND 

    ABDOMEN

     LIVER :         - 161mm . Enlarged  in contour .Diffuse increase in echogenicity.

    - No focal parenchymal lesion seen.

    - Intrahepatic biliary and venous channels are normal.

     G B :               - Normal in size and wall thickness with echo free content.

     C B D :           - Normal.

     PANCREAS :      - Normal in size and parenchymal echo pattern with normal peripancreatic planes.

     SPLEEN :            - Normal in size, contour with homogenous echo pattern.

     AORTA &I V C: - No evidence of paraaorta/ paracaval lymphadenopathy

     RIGHT KIDNEY : - 111mm   Normal in size, contour and echo nephrogram.

                 - Pelvicalyceal system is normal.

                 - Peri renal planes are normal

     LEFT KIDNEY : -  103mm   Normal in size, contour. Mild increase in echogenicity.

                  - Pelvicalyceal system is normal.

                  - Peri renal planes are normal

     URINARY BLADDER : - Normal in contour with uniform wall thickness.

     PROSTATE :     - Vol : 12 cc. Normal in size,contour and echotexture.

          - No free intraperitoneal fluid.

     IMPRESSION : - FATTY LIVER (GRADE  III ) WITH  MILD HEPATOMEGALY.

                                    RAISED RIGHT RENAL CORTICAL ECHOGENICITY.

    ADVISED:      LFTS. , RFTS.
