The Court resolved to:

1. NOTE the Manifestation with Compliance filed by appellants’

counsel, Atty. Robie Charles D. Pascual, showing that his clients
are in conformity to the withdrawal of the appeal.

2. GRANT the Motion to Withdraw Appeal previously filed by

appellants, through counsel, pursuant to Section 3, Rule 50 of the
1997 Rules of Civil Procedure. Accordingly, the instant appeal is
CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. The case is deemed CLOSED and
TERMINATED. Let an ENTRY OF JUDGMENT be issued in this
case.
