Regulations:
The following are the Regulations for admission into Management Quota seats
in Post Graduate Medical & Dental Degree/Diploma Courses in all the Private
Medical & Dental Colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR UHS.
Number of seats under Management quota:
 The number of seats available for the academic year 2020-21 in Post Graduate
Medical and Dental Degree/Diploma Courses at Private Un-aided Non-Minority
and Minority Medical and Dental colleges will be in accordance with the orders
of the MCI/DCI/GOI/Govt. of AP.
 The data of seats under Management Quota is given in the Annexure-I.
 The Seat Matrix for Management Quota seats will be displayed on the
University Website (http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in) before exercising web options
Eligibility:
 The candidates who fulfil the following criteria are eligible for admission into
Post Graduate Medical and Dental Degree/Diploma courses and they have to
fulfil the Regulations as per MCI/DCI
 The candidates should secure the following cut-off scores in NEET PG-2020/
NEET MDS -2020 conducted by National Board of Examinations, New Delhi
as per section (10) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Note: Candidates who have already joined in All India Quota Counselling are not
eligible to exercise web-options. If any candidate violates this and noticed by the
University at any stage then the candidate is liable for punishment and his/her
admission will automatically stands cancelled.

 Candidates sponsored by the Managements of Private Un – Aided Non – Minority
Medical/Dental Colleges having Post Graduate Courses in Andhra Pradesh
State are eligible for Category – C (Institutional Quota - Sub Category-S3)
in the college which sponsored his/her candidature. The requirements for the
Institutional Quota are:

1. The candidates who have completed MBBS/BDS in that particular Institution.

2. Son or Daughter of the employee working in that particular Institution.
3. Employee of that particular Institution.
4. The Employee should have a minimum of 6 months experience in that particular
Institution and presently working in the same Institution (Proof to be produced)

 Candidates should have MBBS/BDS Degree recognized by the MCI/DCI.

 Candidates should have completed Internship by 31-03-2020.
 Must have registered with Medical Council/Dental Council.

Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or concealed

any relevant information such candidate is liable to be disqualified for
admission and in case already admitted, the admission will be cancelled.
Further disciplinary action against him/her will be taken by the
University/respective institution. Legal issues if any shall be under the
High Court of Judicature for the State of Andhra Pradesh.

 If the candidate is having a Medical qualification equivalent to MBBS/BDS

(Primary Medical/Dental qualification) from outside India, the Degree should
have been recognized by Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India for
enrolment as Medical Practitioner in the Country.
 Candidate must have Permanent Registration with Medical Council of
India/Dental Council of India or any State Medical Council/Dental Council.
 Candidates must pay equivalency verification fee as specified in the regulations
along with the registration fee. The fee once paid will not be refunded or
adjusted to a future date. Therefore, candidates are advised to check eligibility
conditions thoroughly before applying for determining merit.

 Applications through Online:
The On-line Application Form (Single Application Form) for determining Merit
Position in respective categories - Category – B (S1) & Category-C- NRI (S2)/
Institutional Quota(S3) will be available on the website
https://pvtappgmed.apntruhs.in from 2.00 PM on 08-07-2020 to 5.00 PM on
11-07-2020.
Note: The candidates are advised to take a print out of the Prospectus to fill the
application form from the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in before proceeding
to fill the application form.
 The candidate should fill the online application form available on the Website
with the data required-for, through internet.

 The Online Application Form can be filled through any computer with internet
connection (Home/Internet Cafe/Net Centre).
 The candidate is advised to fill the Online Application Form after going
through the prospectus by keeping all the Certificates ready to enter his/her
correct data.

 Procedure of filling online application and Procedure for

online payment:
1. Read the Notification, Prospectus carefully.
2. Keep all the following ready:
(a) Latest passport size photo
(b) Admit card and Score Card – NEET – PG 2020/NEET MDS 2020.
(c) Original Degree/Provisional copy of MBBS/BDS
(d) Aadhar Card
(e) Study Certificate(s) of MBBS/BDS
(f) Latest Social Status certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates issued
by Competent Authority, if applicable.
(g) Muslim Minority Certificate issued by Competent Authority, if
applicable.
(h) Internship completion certificate
(i) Valid Medical/Dental Council Registration Certificate.
(j) Permanent Medical/Dental Registration Certificate is mandatory if the
candidate has obtained Degree Certificate from outside the country.
(k) Candidates claiming NRI Quota Should submit the following
documents:
1. NRI Sponsorship Letter (Sub-Category 2 as per the
Annexure II).
2. Proof of documents to be submitted:

signed by both the candidate and NRI along with evidential

4. The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable and will not be

1. Open the website https://pvtappgmed.apntruhs.in Home page displayed as follows.

2. Click on the Online Registration.

3. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details to register.

4. After entering the details click on validate button.
5. If all the details entered are correct you will receive the Registration number on the screen and also
to your mobile. Please note down the registration number for further correspondence.

6. For updating the details of the candidate enter Roll Number and the Registration number and click on
validate button to enter into the Application form.

7. The application form will be displayed as shown below. You have to fill the details and upload
Passport Size Photo and Signature (Note: Scanned photo and Signature should be less than 100 KB
and in JPEG or JPG format)

8. After filling the form, click on Saveand Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the
data you entered are correct using Data Updation link on the Home page. Then click on Save
and Pay Button to proceed for payment. Depending on your MBBS/BDS Study College the
Registration fee is varied. Once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double
check the eligibility conditions mentioned in the Prospectus yourself and pay the fee.
9. Now you will be directed to the Payment Gateway, Click OK

document should be less than 500 KB)

 FEE PARTICULARS FOR ON-LINE REGISTRATION:
1. The Registration & Processing fee including 18% GST:
For candidates completed their MBBS/BDS Degree from Dr.NTR UHS,
Vijayawada - Rs.7,080/- (Rupees Seven thousand and eighty only)
(Registration fee Rs. 3,500/- + 18% GST & Processing fee Rs.2,500/- + 18% GST).

2. The Registration fee, Processing fee & Equivalency fee including 18% GST:
For candidates studied outside the AP/TS State and Abroad
a. The candidates who acquired their MBBS Degree outside the AP/TS State shall
pay Rs.10,620/- (i.e., Rs.3,500 + 2500 +3000 and 18% GST)
b. The candidates who acquired their Under Graduate Degree in Abroad/Foreign
Country shall pay Rs.15,340/- (i.e., Rs.3,500 + 2500 +7000 and 18% GST)

 Merit Lists:
 The Merit Position of the candidates those who have applied through
online in response to the notification issued by Dr.NTR University of
Health Sciences for Management Quota Seats shall be determined by
NEET PG – 2020/NEET – MDS – 2020 scores and as per their eligibility
criteria, applicable regulations, guidelines.
 The University will release final merit position of eligible candidates for
exercising web options after verification of uploaded scanned certificates
by Dr.NTR UHS, Vijayawada.
Management Quota Seats (as per G.O.Ms.No.70, HM&FW (C1) Dept., Dt: 03-05-2017

as amended in G.O.Ms.No.75, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated 05-05-2017 &

G.O.Ms.No.56, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated 29-05-2020 :
 50% of Seats in each speciality in each college are Management Quota
Seats.
 The Seats are categorised into
1. Management Quota Category – B (S1)– 25%,
2. Category – C (NRI- S2) – 15%
3. Category –C (Institutional Preference – S3) – 10%.
 Candidates from all the States and Union territories of India are eligible
for Management Quota Category – B

  For Category–C–NRI(S2): shall be filled with NRI / NRI Sponsored
candidates on the basis of Interse-Merit among the applicants qualified in
NEET PG/MDS-2020.
 For Category – C– Institutional Quota(S3): shall be filled with the
candidates sponsored by the Managements of the Private Un – Aided Non
– Minority & Minority Medical/Dental Colleges having Post Graduate
Course in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

*There are No Reservations for SC / ST/ BC /OBC in all the Categories of the
Management Quota Seats.
 Fee Structure:

University Fee:
a) All the selected candidates shall pay the Non – Refundable University Fee of
Rs.49,500/- for Medical & Dental courses.

Degree/Diploma for the year 2020-21 do hereby undertake to complete the
said course as per the requirements of the University. In the event of my
leaving the studies after joining the course, I undertake to pay to
Dr. NTR UHS a sum of Rs.3,00,000 + 18% GST (Rs.3,54,000/-) and refund
the amount received as stipend upto that date to the respective College.
