I do this because we all know that leading an active lifestyle is good for us. participating regular
moderate activities can give us many health benefits.

3. For you, what is the difference between leisure and recreational activities?
In my opinion recreation refers to all those activities that I choose to do to refresh my body and mind
and make my leisure time more interesting and enjoyable. Leisure refers to the free time that can spend
away from my everyday responsibilities (e.g. work and domestic tasks) to rest, relax and enjoy life.

4. How are active recreational activities differ from passive ones?


Active recreation refers to a structured individual or team activity that requires the use of special
facilities, courses, fields, or equipment. Passive recreation refers to recreational activities that do not
require prepared facilities like sports fields or pavilions.

5. Which do you think is better, passive or active recreation? Why?


For me it's active recreation, because it enhance self esteem, increase personal confidence and self
awareness, and it improve concentration and learning.

1. My personal impression of the theater industry in the Philippines is unfortunate. Sad to note that the
theater industry in the Philippines is not thriving but dying despite the fact that we are home to a lot of
champions and talented people. Maybe the theater industry guidelines and practices has to be revisited.

2. I would love to attend a stage production of the various theater groups. My personal preference on
the type of play would be that of comedy because I love to watch comedic plays. Its impact on me is
quite therapeutic and I believe stage production is way more entertaining than the other forms of
presentations.

3. I feel about the Philippine theater performer who have become stars on both the local and
international stage is amazed because i am also a filipino citizen and i can feel the emotions of the opera
because of the gestures and others.

Because I noticed that audiences does not like the antagonist of the play but I think the antagonists are
misunderstood. If I were given a chance, I would like to let the audience know that antagonists or villains
are just victims whose story asnt been told.
