SUBJECT: APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 33 OF THE CUSTOMS ACT, 1969

Dear Sir,

With reference to subject matter it is to state that we have imported consignment

comprising Range Hood Parts under the cover of Bill of Lading No. 149900367759
which had subsequently been auctioned under Lot No.P-183/FEB/19 on 14-09-
2019. In accordance to prevailing provisions of the Customs Act, 1969, GD
No.KAPE-HC-141497-28-02-2019 was filed and chargeable duty & taxes to the tune
of Rs.743374/- were deposited to the national exchequer. Photocopies of GD and
Cash Payment Receipts are enclosed for ready reference.

In view of above stated position, your good self is requested to kindly initiate
necessary measure for the processing of this refund application for the payment of
paid amount mentioned above.

An earliest possible action in the matter is solicited, meanwhile, thanking you.
