coffee under many preferential conditions. Company B received the offer 3 days later and accepted
it unconditionally. However, on 29/3/2021 Company B received a notice of revocation of the offer
from Company A. Actually, after sending the notice of revocation on 26/3/2021, Company A sold
coffee to another company in China. As a result, Company B claimed and asked compensation from
Company A.
1. Was a contract established between Company A and Company B? Explain your viewpoints. (2

2. What would you do to avoid the legal risks arising from the transaction if you were the legal
representative of Company A? (2 marks)
