1. Describe the model of curriculum development which you understand well. Write in two
paragraphs?
I understand the most is the Taba’s Model because of its improvement of the Tyler’s Model
and its belief. Teacher is not only the knowledge dealer but he is also a participant of a curriculum
development. In Taba’s model he reverse the model of Tyler which is from top to bottom. Taba begins
from to top which is usually use inside the classroom and maybe in the real life.
I believed on Taba’s perception and he applied the seven major step of linear model. The seven model
represent what lesson plan like start from diagnosis of the students then proceed to objectives and the
with the evaluation.

1. What phase of the curriculum process do you find very important as a teacher? Why?
Curriculum planning-
Because you can’t move without thinking what your doing. Being an employee you always need to
consider what is school vision, mission and goals to have a peaceful surrounding. you can’t make a move
without looking to your surroundings. every school have a philosophy and wants to their students if you
obey all the school rules the result of your decisions is always a beautiful.

2. How will the thinking of Abraham Maslow influence your teaching practice in the future?
Heinfluenced me on who i can give a lot of time on teaching. He give an advice on what i need
to do in the future if when i’m on my teaching profession. he gave me an idea who i need to
search and what kind of learners i need to produce to make me a productivle and quality
teacher in the near future.
In his saying that knowledge is prepare the students for the future. Yes I agree on that but on
his suggested the Home Schooling i don’t agree on that. Students maybe not need to be
independent while on their student time because being student is a more productive when he
have a mentor or a guardian.
