ORDER
As per letter read as l-o above, the Chief Engineer (Distribution North), Kozhikode has
reported that the Deputy chief Engineer, Electrical circle, palakkad invited
tenders for hiring
vehicle (mini lorry below 5 T) for the use of TFRU, Palakkad. ln response,
two tenders were
received. The lowest rate of <g2.g7l- per km was quoted by Sri. p.K., Abdulla
Pookkattukunnath (H), Peroor (Po), ottapalam, Palakkad, on negotiations,
the lowest
tenderer offered the rock bottom rate as {32.85/- per km, Further, the
expenses towards
maintenance charges such as fuel, oil, tyre etc. has been increased considerably,
It is reported that there is only remote chance of getting better offer on
re-tender. In the
above circumstances, the Chief Engineer (DN) requested sanction for
hiring a vehicle (mini
lorry below 5 T) at the rate of t32.85/- per km offered by the lowest tenderer
Sri, Abdulla p.K.,
Pookkattukunnath (H), Peroor (Po), ottapalam, Palakkad forthe use
of TFRU, palakkad.
The matterwas placed before the Full Time Directors as per note read
as Zd above.
Having considered the matter in detail, the Full Time Directors in the meeting
held on
r2l0gl202L, resolved to accord sanction for hiring a vehicle (Mini lorry
below 5 T) for the use of
TFRU, Palakkad under Electrical circle, Palakkad at the negotiated rate
of <32,g5/- per km
offered by the lowest tenderer Sri. Abdulla P,K., pookkattukunnath (H), peroor (po),
ottapalam, Palakkad for a period of six months initiallv.
Orders are issued accordingly.
