The research study aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 Infodemic to the
emotional response and self-protective behavior of Our Lady of Fatima University-
Antipolo 1st year nursing students.

The researchers will specifically seek to answer the following questions:

1. How does Covid-19 infodemic affect the emotional response among Our Lady
of Fatima university-Antipolo 1st Nursing Student?
2. How does the self-protective behavior among Our Lady of Fatima University-
Antipolo 1st Nursing Student being affected by the Covid-19 infodemic?
3. What is the significant relationship between emotional response and self-
protective behavior among Our Lady of Fatima university-Antipolo 1st Nursing
Student?

Covid-19 Infodemic – Refers to the rapid increase in numbers of misinformation
or fake news in social media platforms about COVID-19 which could possibly give
grave consequences in the health behavior of people who would believe it.

Emotional Response - Refers to the reaction such happiness, fear or anger

derived from Covid-19 Infodemic among the 1st year nursing student of Our Lady
of Fatima University-Antipolo.

Self-protective Behavior – Refers to the preventive practices such as following

precautionary measures regarding information of a certain situation which is
Covid-19 Infodemic among the 1st year nursing student of Our Lady of Fatima
University-Antipolo.

on performances of nursing psychomotor activities provides effective and efficient
ability to perform nursing practices in the clinical setting among Our Lady of
