A2. 1. Page orientation is the way in which a rectangular page is oriented

for normal viewing. The two most common types of orientation are

portrait and landscape.

2. Tabs are a paragraph-formatting feature used to align text. Tabs are

set to distribute text evenly between the left and right margins.

3. It determines the amount of spacing between the text and the page

margins.

Select the page - Click Page layout - Page Setup - click Portrait

or Landscape

2. To set paper size

Select the page layout tab - Click on the size option button in the

page setup group -Select the desired size and click Ok.

3. To set tabs in the document

Click on the dialog box launcher button in the paragraph group

of the page layout tab. -The paragraph dialog box will appear -

Choose tab box and type the tab position

4. To indent the text

Select the text -Click on the increase / decrease indent button in

the paragraph group
