LEARNING PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

METHODOLOGY

A combination of discussion based lectures, case examples, and structured exercises will
form the methodology of the Learning Program.

WHO IS RIGHT FOR THE LP

The LP will be extremely useful to all senior and upper-middle level male/female
executives/Officers from PSUs, Banks, Financial Institutions, Service organizations and
entrepreneurs, Officials of Central and State government and its statutory organizations
would also be benefited by attending this residential Learning program. Learning Sessions
are also useful to all senior Secretarial & Administrative Executive/Manager(s),Supervisors,
Officers, Coordinators of Public and Private Sector Organizations. State Government Public
Sector organizations, statutory institutions can also depute their senior and Junior
Executives, Officers, Supervisors to participate the said program.
FACULTY

Dr. Jayakumar, with more than three decades of professional experience, is a well known
corporate management trainer and his specialization includes HRD, Training Systems and
Stress Management, Productivity Techniques, Safety Management, Quality Systems, Marine
and Industrial Engineering, etc. He did his PG studies at World Maritime University, Sweden;
and is a member of many professional bodies like ISTD, WMU- India Chapter. He has
conducted large number of management development programmes and has received many
awards. He has many publications to his credit.

STAY & CHECK IN/OUT:

The participants will be provided SINGLE ROOM at Hotel Oxygen, Alappuzha


(Alleppey). They will check-in on 06th September 2021 (Monday) by 12.00 Noon and
will check-out on 09th September 2021 (Thursday) by 12.00 noon. (Prior or extended
stay will be charged extra).

HOW TO REACH THE VENUE : HOTEL OXYGEN, ALAPPUZHA (ALLEPPEY) , KERALA.

From Kochi (Nedumbasseri) International airport 85 KM ride by road (Via NH-66).


The nearest Railway station is ALAPPUZHA (ALLEPPEY) with 5.2 KM via palace
road. Alapuzha Railway Station is connected to all major cities in Kerala and Industrialized
cities in India. Kerala. The hotel is at Finishing Point Road at Allappey (Alapuzha),
Kerala.

PARTICIPATION FEE

The participation fee of Rs. 30,000/- per participant (inclusive of Boarding, SINGLE
Accommodation, Program Materials, Kits, Limited entertainment, Limited Sightseeing.
(Sightseeing conveyance will be provided by the Institution and participants will have to
bear the expenses of admission charges at various sightseeing places). (Accompanying
spouse Rs.8,000 which includes all for 4 days stay at Hotel/Sightseeing)
