DESCRIPTIONS
- APGROUT 214 is a self-levelling, non-shrinkage, high performance grout with long application duration.
- APGROUT 214 is used for localizing bolts, heavy machine bases, column bases, bridge pedestals, gaps and
locations where non-shrinkage grout is required.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface shall be clean, free from oil and foreign matters. Metal surface shall be clean, without oil.
 Absorble surface shall be saturated but no
standing water before applying.
MIXING
It is recommended to mix with machine in order to
get good flow and consistency. Use agigator with
blades or mixer to mix large quantity.
Weigh water quantity and introduce into a
container. Slowly pour grout powder to introduced
water. Mix with low speed (maximum 500 rpm)

desirable consistency and flow. Amount of water is
about 13.5-14%. Do not mix too much water.
APPLICATION
Surface to be applied shall be sufficiently clean. No
contamination and be saturated before applying at
least 3-4 hours without any puddles. During
application, bubbles should be released, grout flow
pressure should be maintained without interruption.
Molds and formwork shall be watertight to avoid
leakage.
It shall be noted that no water is inside holes. Bolts
can be prefixed and then grout is poured after that.
Distance of two bolts shall be at least three time of
largest aggregate size in grout.
Note: Application temperature should be in range of 10-
35oC. When temperature is low, setting time will be longer.
CLEANING
All tools and equipment shall be cleaned with water
after using.
CURING
In order to prevent fast vapor evaporation and surface
cracks, surface shall be kept wet by burlap or spraying.
Minimum for curing shall be 3 days.
PACKAGE
Bag 25 kg/ bag.
SHELF LIFE
Stored in dry and shaded conditions. Better to use
within 6 months as from date of packaging. High
temperature can reduce shelf life.
HSE
APGROUT 214 has alkali characteristics so avoid to
contact to skin and eyes. Wear googles, gloves and
mask during handling.
In case of contacting with eyes, rinse with large
amount of water and seek for a doctor.

TWO-COMPONENT POLYMER-MODIFIED WATERPROOFING SLURRY
DESCRIPTIONS
HYSEAL 107 is a two-component, acrylic polymer
modified waterproofing slurry, used for external
waterproof of concrete and mortar.
HYSEAL 107 has high adhesion, elasticity and durability.
ADVANTAGES
- Good bonding and crack seal;
- Non-toxic;
- Good adhesion;
- Resistance to carbonization and chloride;
- Not necessary to cure concrete after 7 or 28 days as
conventional concrete, but it is possible to apply after 24
hours as from last pour;
- High elongation and flexibility;

- Suitable to use as waterproofing coating at basements
below grade;
- Breathability.
APPLICATION
HYSEAL 107 is used for several types of construction
such as swimming pools, balconies, bath rooms, basement
or wet areas.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Color: grey;
- Density: A+B mixture: 1,8lg/lit.
- Mixing ratio: A:B = 1:2.5 part by weight;
- Elongation: ≥20%;
- Bonding strength: ≥1N/mm2;
- Permeability: Impermeability for 72 hours as per TCVN
6557:2000;
- Curing: 60 minutes at 30oC and relative humidity of 80%;
- Application temperature: 10-40oC;
- Pot life: 40 at 25oC;
- Dosage: 1,0kg/1m2/1mm.
- Number of coatings: 2-3 (equal to 2,0-3,0kg/1m2).
HSE
- Wear PPE such as googles, gloves and mask during
handling.
- Avoid getting into eyes, if so rinse immediately and seek
for medical attention.
- Environment friendly. Non-toxic.
PACKAGE AND STORE
One set of HYSEAL 107 (35kg) includes two components:
- Component A: 10kg canned liquid;
- Component B: 25 kg bagged powder.
Shelf life is 12 months in unopened conditions in dry, vent
environment.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Surface shall be clean, free from oil and foreign matters.
- It is necessary to remove all old films, bitumen or curing
compound (if any). It is recommended to remove by hight
pressure blasting method or appropriate mechanical
methods.
It is advisable to conduct a trial test to confirm adhesion
of surface if bitumen or other films ever exists on it.
- Defects shall be patched and leveled.

MIXING
- HYSEAL 107 is prekackaged. Slowly pour the powder
(part A) to the liquid (part B) and agigate with low
rotation agigator until getting homogeneous.
- No water is added to the above mixture.
- The above mixture shall be used within 40 minutes.
APPLICATION
- Wet concrete surface to saturated state.
- Apply the first layer while concrete surface is still wet.
Let the first layer cure after 4-8 hours (at 20oC).
- Apply next layer after that.
- Thickness of each layer is 0.5mm to 1mm.
- Apply with brush, roller or hard-nylon sweeper.
Note: In case that the upper layer must be applied after
underlying layer application longer than 12 hours, it is
necessary to wet the underlying layer surface by water
sprayring.
CURING
- It is recommended to protect newly applied coating from
harsh sunshine and strong wind.
- Keep applied coatings wet for 2 to 3 days after application.
- Protect coatings when raining if they are not completely
cured.

APT 300 ZERO BLEED, SAND FREE, CEMENTITIOUS GROUT FOR
POST-TENSIONED STRUCTURES
DESCRIPTIONS
APT 300 is a non-shrink, cementitious grout
containing no chloride and does not bleed even at
high flow.
Use for horizontal and vertical grouting of ducts
within bonded, post-tensioned structures.
APT 300 consists of anti-shrinkage and
superplastizing agents, which prevents shrinkage in
both plastic and hardened states.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Grey/cement powder;
- Flowability (flow cone ASTM C939): 15 - 30 seconds
- Compressive strength:
o ≥ 21 MPa at 7 days
o ≥ 35 MPa at 28 days
- Setting time (ASTM C953): 6hrs - 12hrs

o ≤ 0.2% at 28 days

- Sand-free allows fillings into cavities and voids
within the applied structure.
APPLICATION
- Use for ducts, openings, inlets and outlets within
bonded, post-tensioned structures.
- Use for tight spaces where grouts containing sand is
difficult to flow.
- Ducts, openings, inlets and outlets are clean, free of
dirt and debris, oils, kerosene and any other
contaminants at all times.
- Introduce 35-42.5% water by weight of grout to the
mixer or container. Exact water content shall be
verified before using.
- Add grout to the introduced water. It is completely
recommended to mix grout by mixer or stir with
rotation per minute of 1800 rpm and higher with
shear-cutting blades.
- Mix approximate 3 minutes after the addition of the
last bag or until a homogeneous mix is achieved.
Continue agitating the grout in the container to
achieve optimum flow.

Note: i) Water content can be dependent on speed of mixing,
higher the rpm is the lower water content is; ii) Hand mix or low
rotation rate are not recommended. However for low rotation
strirrer, water content is about 45% by weight with longer mixing
time (5 minutes or more to get homogeneous).
- Grout is so pumped that it ensures complete filling of
the ducts and complete surroundings of the strands
or bar.
A mock-up on site is recommended to ensure that
the placement means and methods yield the
specified results.
- Mixed grout must be placed within 60 minutes of
mixing.
- Remove uncured APT 300 from tools and equipment
with water. Hardened grout can only be removed
mechanically.
- For sampling: i) molds shall be sealed off to prevent
grout from leaking; ii) specimens shall be covered
with plastic/nylon sheets to avoid quick evaporation.

- APT 300 is packaged in 25kg bag.
- Shelf life: six months in dry and unopened condition.

AP PRIMER SƠN LÓT EPOXY GỐC NƯỚC

EPOXY BASED, WATER-BORNE PRIMER
MÔ TẢ
AP PRIMER is a water-borne, epoxy-based
primer with multiple functions. It can be used
directly on concrete substrate, brick substrate,

USE INSTRUCTION
SURFACE PREPARATION
 Newly cast concrete: Concrete surface must be
sufficiently level, free of bubble, laitance or
other defects.
 Old or mature concrete: Concrete surface must
as hard as designed, not decayed, rough to a
certain level, free from dust and foreigner
matters that can harm bonding. If necessary,
surface should be roughened with mechanical
method sush as rubbing, sanding… before
application.
If paint films or other orgnanic films exist then
they must be removed so as to avoid
MIXING
 Introduce part B to part A and steady mix with
low-speed mixer (around 300 rpm). 
 After mixing, if necessary, the mixture can be
thinner with 10-20% water then mix to get
homogenenous.
 Application can be by brushing, sweeping,
spraying or using template then rolling with
bristle roller.
DOSAGE
 Generally, 0.15-0.2kg/m2. However, depending
on several factors such as actual flatness,
roughness or amount of water to thin this
value can be changed.
CLEANING
 Devices and apparatuses must be cleaned after
using with clean water to avoid cured paint.

P-05 CHẤT TẨY GỈ, BẢO QUẢN THÉP VÀ KIM LOẠI
DERUSTER AND CORROSION INHIBITOR FOR STEEL AND METALS
DESCRIPTIONS
P-05 is a liquid agent used for removing rust from steel
metal surface as well as inhibiting it from re-rusting;
bringing back original metal color. The product is
environmentally friendly, which is applied to cleaning
industrial metal surfaces, steel metal tools and
reinforcement bar in construction as well.
Unlike to the same type of rust converting products in
the market, P-05 is innocuous and non-irritating to skin
and clothes. This makes transportation, application and
handle of P-05 safer, easier and more convenient.
APPLICATION
- Cleaning steel surfaces and steel metal products in
general; Converting rust for reinforcement bars
(rebars) for constructions;
- Cleaning steel metal tools such as concrete molds, steel
formworks; De-rusting rusted steel surfaces and
reinforcement bars (rebars);
- The product also has the function of inhibiting and
preventing as well as protecting new steel metal from
being re-rusted.
PROPERTIES
- Chloride-free, which does not corrode rebars;
- Clear, colorless liquid;
- pH value: pH:1-3;
- Density: 1.4±0.05 g/cm3.
USAGE INSTRUCTION
- Surfaces to be cleaned should be free of grease and
loose materials before applying P-05;
- Application method can be one of followings:
o By brushing liquid onto surfaces to be cleaned or
protected;
o By using spraying tools/ devices (made of plastic)

- Dosage shall be contingent upon rust grade or surface

is a choice. Interval should be 20 to 30 minutes;
- In order to apply, steel metal surfaces shall be dry,
avoiding direct contact raining water if applied

- Used liquid can be directly discharged to drainage
channel without harming thanks to ingredients which
are used as food additives.
Notes:
- During or after application while the surfaces are still
wet, if water or rainwater are shot or dropped onto the
applied surfaces, a white substance can appear.
Nevertheless, this white substance does not harm or
reduce bonding and adhesion between rebars and
concrete or coating layers.

white efflorescent layer can also apprear but does not
affect the product quality. This can be treated by

SPECIFICATIONS
- Removing dirt caused by concrete, cement or hard
water from steel surfaces;
- Being able to clean rust grade of C (thin-film rust) as
classified in Vietnamese Standard TCVN 8790:2011 and

- The product is environmentally friendly thanks to its
ingredients used as food additives.

gloves and clothes.

than 3-5 mm) and no visible bleeding water,
use 2/3 of APDUR mass to be spread and

right angle to next shake.
- Trowelling: Trowelling right after spreading
from corners of walls and columns first.
Adequate trowelling to bind powder to

Note: If floor is of slip-proof type then
trowelling should not be done but curing. If
desire, 3rd stage can be done.
- Finishing trowelling: finishing trowelling
right after floor lost moisture and hardened. It
is recommened that trowel blades are in
horizon when applying. When floor is harder
trowel blades can be slightly inclined. If
cement/sand sticks to trowel blades during
applying, then stop to clean blades in order to
avoid defects on floor surface.
