Cameron Visit: ( 14-15 May, 2014 ) : Mr. Pasquale and Mr. Amit

14th May, 2014:

1. Meeting with Chairman, BPDB: The chairman, BPDB was very positive about CAMERON
products.

2. Meeting with Member, P&D : Discussed on overall Power Projects of Bangladesh and
opportunities of CAMERON Products.

3. Meeting with Director, Design- 1: The main discussion was to know the process to be
included in vendor list ongoing two tenders of BPDB- Sikalbaha 225 MW CCPP and
Bibiyana 450 MW CCPP. Mr. Khaled Mahmud said that the proposal should come from
the EPC contractor first to include CAMERON in the vendor list for Gas Booster
Compressor.

4. Meeting with MD, NWPGCL : To discuss the future opportunities and the status of
ongoing two projects of NWPGCL- Bheramara 360 MW CCPP – Marubeni- L&T and
Sirajganj 225 MW CCPP (2nd Phase)- CMC, China. CAMERON is already in the vendor list.
Mr. Khorshed Alam said that for Sirajganj 2nd phase, he will personally recommend
CAMERON for GBC and for Bheramara 360 MW, the meeting of design section will take
place within next month and there it will be decided. MD is happy up to the date for the
performance of existing CAMERON gas boosters in Sirajganj 150 MW ( 1st Phase ).

5. Meeting with MD , Consultant, PD, Commercial Division of Max Power: MAX Power
has signed the contract with GE for Turbine and they are waiting to sign the contract
with BPDB. MAX power is taking quotation from different manufacturing companies of
GBC. They have already sent all the technical requirement to CAMERON and CAMERON
is about to send the new standardize package of GBC to Max Power. Overall Max power
was very delighted to have the presentation of CAMERON and to know the successful
operation of CAMERON existing installations in Bangladesh.

15th May, 2014:

1. Internal Meeting with COSMOS: To discuss the strategies to win the possible contracts.
 2. Meeting with MD, Ashuganj Power Station: This time he was very positive and told
CAMERON to submit offer and proposal through TSK and TR to APSCL for the inclusion
of CAMERON name in the vendor list.

3. Meeting with CEO, Kushiara Power: The CEO will send the technical requirements to
CAMERON and CAMERON will submit the offer according to the specifications.

Summary:
Mr. Pasquale and Mr. Amit is very pleased about this visit and very hopeful to get
a number of orders from Bangladesh.
