Verified the variation file and the following points cited below

As per the variation note , it is not clear about the present scope of the
project. Hence a detailed comparison note citing the original and present
scope may be attached with necessary layout/ drawings etc with area(
original & Present scope building wise).

As per the variation note, the RE show an increase in many items like civil
items, electrical etc which shows a tremendous increase. Some low quoted
items claimed more also which may be clarified.
Some clarifications required are cited below:-

Shuttering items 6057 & 6058 show increase but there is no

corresponding increase seen with respect to RCC , Steel items. The
increased height of columns may be mentioned with approved
drawings.
Item 6064 - The clear height of main walls is given less in DPR and
the roof parapet wall height is also given low.- to be cleared in
approved drawing.
Item No 6080, 6081 ie FRP doors - layout drawings may be furnished.
Item No 6086 - Tile area to be detailed in drawing.
In some items like item no: 6135, 6136 - mentioned this as reason for
quantity increase "As the Location of Bore Hole Is far from Tank
Location."- Location of Bore hole or Bore well to be cleared and to be
shown in layout.
Item 6163 - PVC Tank Installation - Cancellation of Sump may be
detailed whether with the approval of School authorities.
Extra item of Vitrified tile- E1 & E2 The rate taken to be detailed. Is
there any specific general comments for the admittance of rate of this
against the Kota stone with TS Committee minutes may be attached.
E5 Profiled sheeting - Layout drawing may be given.
E17-Supplying and fixing stainless steel letters - Any general
specification or rate admitted for all schools by the TS committee. The
rate seen different in different schools.

Hence returning the file for clarifications.
