Four Leaf Airlines — Wk6 Due to the extending of flights through the International Asia Pacific region and the planned expansion of freight deliveries, Four Leaf Airlines is currently planning to run anew advertising program. To assist with the development of this a working party has been set up to consider all information relevant for the marketing program. Also the program is to better inform all of the Four Leaf Airlines employees of the current and future operations. You have been appointed a working party member due to. your role as an up and coming management accountant who is familiar with best practice processing and new and innovative operations. The working party is currently considering the current image of Four Leaf Airlines and how to improve this image to reflect the expansion and alignment of operations with company's image based on Four Leaf's vision and mission statement. To assist with the development of the new advertising program and improvement in operations, Four Leaf are seeking to clarify what they should view as the quality of their services and compare this with the average customers’ views of the quality of Four Leaf services. Focus will include consideration of areas for possible improvement or continuous improvements. You have thought that the cost of quality could be considered when looking to improve quality. You have some understanding of how monies are currently being spent for providing quality services and the guideline for how the split of monies should be spread for the purposes of providing quality. Also to better understand the whole of Four Leaf's operations the value chain has been suggested as a means to consider the interrelationships within the company.
