Stakeholder Management Monitoring

In this stakeholder management process, we monitor project stakeholder relationship and

adjusting strategies to engage stakeholder engagement through modification of strategy
and engagement plans. This is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of stakeholder
engagement activities during project development and when changes occur in the project.

In the table below, it shows that the interest of the stakeholder was changed after the
treatment strategy monitoring applied.
