CHANGE IN SHIPPING LOGISTICS FOR STATIONERY IMPORTS

This serves to inform you that I have managed to negotiate a new contract
with Ocean One Freight Forwarders .This is with regards to the receipt,
consolidation and shipping (via ocean and/or air) of all cargo originating in
North America and Asia.

The new contract was negotiated with the help of Messers Patrick Forley
and Mike Messam, both of whom are Directors of Ocean One Freight. They
have quoted us a rate of US$0.37 per cubic measure, the lowest rate obtainable
in the marketplace. The contract takes effect on 01 October ; however, because
of the sailing dates of the vessels they operate, will not access those rates before
15 October

Considering that we ship close to to30,000 cubic each month, the savings
are likely to be between $2,500 and $4,000 monthly. With this leve of savings,
we are now in a position to expedite the delivery of spare parts via air cargo
and/or courier anytime the need arises. This will result in an overall
improvement in one of our most critical key performance indicators duration of
equipment downtime.
