Interviewee 1 How he/she promotes The very important thing a teacher can do to promote a

participate in education. These interactions also create
long-lasting effects in other areas of their lives. Some of
these interactions I’m talking to is to how we treat
students, we should give them equal opportunities, equal
respect, and a have a smart communication to them where
we can understand things they’re going through.
How he/she deals with As a teacher, I tried to stay positive when I had encounter
students with a certain disability on one of my students. I encouraged
disability and gifted him throughout the year. And even I will have a student
learners? who are a gifted learner, I will do the same, I’ll give them
activities that will suited to their abilities and interests. I’ll
treat them equal base on what they need.
