During this Pandemic various problems arised while doing this Study.

““A study on employee satisfaction to enhance the present working conditions”

Retaining the employees in the long run has become an destructive problem to any
organizationnowadays the organization which takes keen interest to satisfy their employees before
thecustomers are able to retain their employees in the long run. So having this objective in mind
themanagements wants to know the satisfactions

1. Social Distancing : Unable to direct contact with the employees.

2. Time Consuming : It take a lot of Time to know the employees original intentions.

3. Trust Deficit : may be the data collected can be biased.

4. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY -

 To know the employee satisfaction level towards the organization regarding the infrastructure
working condition compensation and other facilities.

 To understand the relationship within the organization.

 To know the level of worker’s participation in decision making.

The survey was targeted to know the satisfaction level of Employees in the local branch ofModern
Hyundai, a sample size of 100 was decided to answer the questionnaire. Age group orexperience of
employees was not considered, all those who were employees were targeted"

7. TOOLS FOR DATA COLLECTION-

I had collected the data through Google forms and I created a questionnaire and collected the
response through that.

9. PLAN OF ANALYSIS –

After a lot of research, brainstorming, and several initial drafts, I started work on the
execution of the plan. Apart from that in this pandemic, I had to take care of social
distancing, so i planned to execute my plan through social media channels. I have chosen
whatsapp to send broadcast messages in order to save time and generate huge funds in
minimum time . The primary method of the analysis will be “questionnaire” and it is
structured with multiple choices and close ended questions. Analysis of research will be done
with simple statistical tools and techniques like graphs, percentage analysis, tabulation
analysis. Accordingly, recommendation will be framed.
