PROCESS FLOW WITH ALM FOR THE IBGI PROCESS
1. For the shipment creation of interface from ALM below are the prerequisites -
First the OBD details will be sent to ALM whenever the OBD will be created. The Output
type is YARS and the end point is Customer portal via PI
This IDOC will send in the below payload to ALM portal ( This is just an example of a prod
payload)

2. After this when the IBGI billing document will be created it will trigger the Outut type
YCPI and will send the IDOC to PI
PI will send the IDOC in the below Payload to ALM

IMPORTANT : The only to note here is that - ALM will match this invoice number and
check whether they have received the OBD number for this Invoice or not ? If the OBD is
present with ALM for the invoice sent then ALM will consume this payload and update
the invoice number in the ALM portal.

PROCESS FLOW WITH THE XSTORE FOR THE OBD DETAILS FOR THE IBGI PROCESS
X-store receives the warehouse orders only when the PGI is done for the OBD. In process
whenever the PGI will be done then the output type YWHD will be triggered.( Condition records
should be maintained)
IMPORATNT point here
In the segment YACARTON ABAP program will update the KSCHL field with the YWHD as
shown below. Based on this field the PI will understand to send this IDOC to the ARVSIM
endpoint which is for X-store.

One more important point here is that it will send the Invoice number in the segment
YCARTON_ITEMS which will be used by the X-store to do the GRN based on thi invoice
number.

RECO condition records
The RECO condition records should be maintained in the IBGI process. This will be used to
create the Invoice for the OBD before the PGI.

SHIPMENT START PROCESS IN THE IBGI PROCESS
In the BGI process the SHipment starts happens based on the IDOC
This IDOC comes from the EWM system.
Below is the process
1. First the Shipment will be created from ALM with the RFC
2. Once the shipment is created the outbound IDOC will be triggered and will be sent to
EWM system. Below is the IDOC details
3. EWM will complete the loading process and once this is done in the EWM system then
and inbound IDOC will trigger and will complete the Shipment Start in ECC.
