Solid FLAC cement fluid-loss additive

APPLICATIONS Inadequate fluid-loss control can lead to serious issues during cementing. D255 solid FLAC* cement
■■ Fluid-loss control during cementing fluid-loss additive is a cost-effective solution for fluid-loss control during any cementing operation.
It also controls low-severity gas migration.
BENEFITS
■■ Improved zonal isolation Early development of compressive strength reduces the time spent waiting on cement. In addition,
■■ Cost-effective solution D255 reduces the retarder concentration required to achieve a given thickening time.
■■ Rig-time savings due to simplified Robust formulation
slurry design This customized solid polymer can be predissolved in the mix water or dry blended with the cement.
■■ Less time spent waiting on cement to set Its robust properties simplify slurry design and produce predictable results in the well, from the surface
■■ Prevention of low-severity gas migration casing to the liner.
■■ Suitable for a wide range of Test results demonstrate the very low sensitivity of D255 additive to small variations in temperature or
slurry densities concentration. Moreover, it is compatible with all cement brands at bottomhole circulating temperatures
(BHCTs) within its operating range.
