When | went to the door, | witnessed Harold Palmer and Cary Childs arguing and blood coming out the mouth of Mr. Palmer. 1, Omar Roberson (Monitor) got between the two gentlemen and calmed the situation down and asked Mr. Childs to go to his residence, | asked Mr. Palmer did he need any medical assistance to which he declined. Mr. Palmer pulled out his phone and called PPD. Officer McAllister #9398 responded and took down Mr. Palmer's complaint. There was no further incident.
