ROBERT C. BARIL, the VENDEE, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of 1064
Home Centrum, Phase 1, Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City his heirs, successors
and assigns the above-described motor vehicle free from all liens and
encumbrances of whatsoever nature or kind.
