First of all, we would like to thank God for giving us a

knowledge, strength, courage and guidance to finish this study.

We would like also to thank our parents for their everlasting

we need in this study. Also to our classmates and friends for

helping us.

Abstract

INTRO: Korean dramas are televised dramas made in South Korea.

Korean drama is one of the drama that popular in the Philippines

especially to the students. Korean drama is popular might be

because of the story focused on family, beautiful background

music and beautiful Handbook in the historical dramas. So, that’s

why many of the students are very interested on watching Korean

drama. METHOD: The researcher will prepare a survey questionnaire

concerning the topic “The Effects of Korean Dramas to students of

Senior High in Pantabangan National High School in their Academic

Performance".The researcher will conduct a survey in Pantabangan

National High School and the Senior High Department will answer

the said questionnaire. RESULTS: The result of the study, are

many of the students in Senior High School are watching Korean

dramas. CONCLUSION: The effects of watching Korean Dramas to

Students of Senior High is they spend more time in watching

Korean Dramas but it cannot affect their academic performance.

They can balance their time when it comes in watching Korean

Dramas.
