ANSWER:

As a future educator, Yes, it is important to teach children how to speak fluently

because we all know that having fluent speech is very important for a child to have a
successful and effective conversation. This is also important for them to be able to
communicate clearly and confidently. Speech fluency is also an essential component of
communication competency since it allows the speaker to create continuous discourse
without difficulty for the listener and to sustain communicative message effectively.
Lastly, we all know that fluency refers to the flow of words and sounds that a child makes
when talking. It can also be affected by different factors such as speaking patterns and
pronunciation. In this case if we help them there will be more improvement happen to
their way of communicating to others.
ANALYSIS

What are the roles of the parents, teachers and the community in teaching
the children how to read and speak?

ANSWER:

Parents, teachers, and the community believe that all children can learn to read and
have the tools and drive to make it happen. Parents gain from being active in their
children's education by receiving suggestions from school on how to aid and support
their children, as well as knowing more about the academic program and how it
operates. Perhaps most importantly, parents gain confidence in the importance of
their child's school participation. Parents get a better understanding of the critical role
they play in their children's education. Teachers rely their classroom practices on
sound reading theory, focus on providing guidance that fulfills their students'
individual learning needs, create an organized and productive environment, and
assess their students' reading achievement in relation to the expectations of the
language curriculum on a regular basis. They do not work alone, but rather as part of
a school team dedicated to ensuring that every kid can read. Teachers rely their
