SPIEL - MOVING UP - MARCH 29, 2019

FINAL SCRIPT

Good morning parents and guests. We will start the program in a few minutes. Before the ceremony
begins, may we remind you of the following:

1. Please remain seated during the program.


2. If you wish to take pictures of your daughter/son, please refrain from obstructing the view of the
audience. Please avoid overcrowding the pathway of the graduates as they receive their diplomas and
awards.
3. May we also request that all mobile phones and devices be switched to silent mode for the duration
of the program.
4. Only official photographers are allowed in their designated areas.

Today is a day of rejoicing for it marks the first step that every child must undertake to open up to
another important stage of their lives. It’s an honor to witness this special event which is the high point
of the academic year because today, we will celebrate the accomplishments and academic
achievements of our dear children and preschoolers.

PROCESSIONAL
Welcome to Jehoshua Academy’s Moving Up ceremony for school year 2018-2019.

Entering the hall are the senior kinder with their class adviser, Ms. Ma. Irish Quiazon.

I. OPENING PRAYER
Please rise for the opening prayer to be led by Natania Rue G. Hife.

II. THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM


The Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by Ms. Wendy Uy.

You may all be seated.

Good morning. I am Ms. Joan Velarde your emcee for today’s event. Today is a very momentous day
for all kindergartens who will be moving up this school year 2018-2019.

III. OPENING REMARKS


Ladies and gentlemen, it is my distinct privilege to introduce and invite on stage our school principal,
Ms. Melanie L. Aydalla to express words of gratitude.

Thank you ma’am for the meaningful and insightful speech.


IV. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES
Moving on, we now come to the distribution of certificates for Nursery and Junior Kinder. I would like
to call on Ms. Hannah Paula Renoballes and Ms. Ma. Irish Quiazon to present their respective students.

I would like to invite back on the stage our school principal, Ms. Melanie L. Aydalla, together with our
beloved school president Mr. Loel Thomas P. De Leon to give out the certificates to our smart and cute
awardees. Let’s give them a round of applause.

Dear parents, kindly accompany your kids as they come up the stage to receive the certificates. We
share with you the fruits of their happy schooling in Kindergarten!

V. SONG PRESENTATION - “IT’S A BEAUTIFUL DAY” (NURSERY AND JUNIOR


KINDER PUPILS)
Just like a plant needs light and space to grow, a child needs love and freedom to unfold. Every child is
a different kind of flower, and all together, make this world a beautiful garden, that gives us a
“beautiful day”. Singing the song entitled “It’s a Beautiful Day” let’s give a big hand to the Nursery
and Junior Kinder pupils.

Once again, the Nursery and Junior Kinder students. A round of applause for them!

VI. ADDRESS OF PETITION


Moving on, let’s remain silent and listen to the Address of Petition by Maridel Ashley L. Uy from
Senior Kinder. Let’s give her a round of applause.

VII. PRESENTATION AND CONFIRMATION


To continue our program, let’s welcome once again on stage Ms. Melanie L. Aydalla and Mr. Loel
Thomas De Leon for the presentation and confirmation of the Senior Kinder students.

Thank you Sir Loel and Ms. Lani. Please remain on stage as we proceed to the next part of the
ceremony…
VIII. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES FOR SENIOR KINDER
Now, ladies and gentlemen, let us proceed with the highlight of this ceremony, the distribution of
certificates. In that note, may I call on Ms. Ma. Irish Quiazon to present the Senior Kinder pupils.

(names of students be called one by one)

Dear parents, kindly accompany your kids as they come up the stage to receive the certificates. We
share with you the fruits of their happy schooling in Kindergarten!

Congratulations students! Thank you Ms. Lani and Sir Loel.

IX. ADDRESS OF THANKS


These kids do make our school proud. Congratulations too, dear parents. At this point in time let us
listen to the message of thanks of Noah Evaughn R. Yap from Senior Kinder.

X. SONG OF PRESENTATION - “BUSY DAYS” (SENIOR KINDER PUPILS)


The last day of school… the closing of one door and the opening of another. Our Kinder pupils have
been busy in school reading, writing, speaking, playing, and more. To tell us how they have been in
school, let us witness their presentation of the song, “Busy Days”. Let’s give them a sounding
applause.

XI. TRIBUTE TO STUDENTS - “A MILLION DREAMS”


At this point, let us walk down the memory lane as we look back to the happy and memorable
experiences of our preschool pupils.

XII. SONG PRESENTATION - “YESTERDAY’S DREAM”


As we almost winding up, I would like to ask the Nursery, Junior Kinder, and Senior Kinder students
to stand. Parents, guardians, and teachers you have laid these pupils, a good foundation that will surely
stay throughout their journey in school; these young vibrant pupils is our future. For this, let us now
listen to their song, “Yesterday’s Dream” which will remind us that they (the students) are meant for
greater things outside the school.

XIII. CLOSING PRAYER


Preschool pupils, please remain standing, dear parents and guests let us all stand as we conclude this
day with a prayer to be led by Hannah Zoe T. Vista from Junior Kinder; to be followed by singing of
the Jehoshua Hymn, The Light of Wisdom’s Way, to be conducted by Ms. Elizabeth Joy Leonardo.

Ladies and gentlemen,let us continue to take pride in the standard of excellence set by Jehoshua
Academy in the past 25 years. We now conclude this year’s Moving Up ceremony.
