letter. Here are the elements of an invitation letter.
1. state the invitee

2. state the invitor
An invitor is someone who holds the event.
It is usually at the end of the invitation.
3. state the event
for example: a birthday party, a graduation, a conference.
4. state the date
5. state the time
6. state the place
You should include addresses and a map if necessary.
