THEME PARKS RULES

Welcome to the Disneyland® Paris Parks.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience during your visit to the Parks, please respect the
following rules:

1. ACCESS TO THE PARK

1.1 Access Control: Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. reserves the right to visually inspect or to check with
specific devices, visitor’s clothes, coats and personal belongings before entry and/or inside the Parks.
Access may be refused to any person refusing to comply with this inspection.

Please note that the following items may not be brought into the Parks:

- All illicit or hazardous substances, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, dangerous objects
(particularly any offensive or defensive weapons of any type) or objects that appear to be
weapons or toy guns (also including toy blasters, squirt guns, etc.), that could endanger
visitor security in the Parks, are prohibited.

- Any items that may disturb other visitors (vuvuzelas, loud speakers, horns).

- Handheld camera/cell phone extension poles, such as selfie sticks.

- Any recreational devices such as drones and remote control toys.

- Any items that we may deem harmful, disruptive or inappropriate.

1.2 Large Goods: Large and cumbersome packages, suitcases and bags, as well as any kind of large
container, exceeding 55cm x 40cm x 25cm - including wheels, pockets and handles - are not
permitted inside the Parks. We recommend that you do not bring such items, or if you must, please
use our luggage storage facilities located outside the Parks. Except for the luggage storage facility
and some dedicated luggage boxes, Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. employees are not authorised to
keep luggage.

Pushchairs and small trolleys/wagons smaller than 92cm x 132cm are accepted.

However, for safety reasons, objects conforming to these regulations may still be refused access to
certain areas. Pushchairs and small trolleys/wagons should be left outside all attractions.

1.3 Transport Means: For safety reasons, using roller blades, bicycles, scooters or any other
recreational means of transport, whether fitted with an engine or not, is not allowed unless
medically required and evidenced to an employee by showing a medical certificate.
1.4 Clothing: Proper dress is required at all times, and top and bottom garments, as well as footwear,
are to be worn.

We also reserve the right, at our own discretion and at any given time, to refuse a visitor the right to
wear any type of costume, makeup or tattoo, especially if it is likely to offend, shock or scare children
and a family-orientated public, that Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. would consider as inappropriate or if
it would impede the operation while posing as or portraying any character in costume. Clothing that
drags the ground is prohibited. The same rule applies for accessories considered to breach security or
be a danger in our attractions (capes, sticks etc.).

For safety reasons, the only visitors authorized to wear clothing covering their face completely are
those doing so for medical reasons. Costumes and masks may not be worn by any visitors ages 12 or
older (unless required for medical purposes). When worn by younger visitors, masks must provide
unobstructed peripheral vision at all times with openings that allow the eyes to be fully seen.

The non-respect of this dress code may prevent access to the Parks.

Private special events may have specific guidelines, which can be find in publicity or information
materials relative to the event.

1.5 Minors: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult for
ticket purchase and entry to the Parks. Please supervise children at all times.

Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. reserves the right to refuse attraction access to children under 7 years
old if they are not accompanied by an adult. Therefore, height and age checks may be done to
unaccompanied children at attraction entrances.

Certain shows, attractions and events might frighten small children and are therefore not advisable
or not allowed to children under the age of 1(please ask employees for the current list).

All children under 18 years old, remain under the responsibility of their parents or their legal
guardian who are therefore liable for the damages their children may cause.

1.6 Animals: Animals are not allowed inside the Parks, with the exception of assistance animals,
which must be kept on leashes and under the control of the owner. Due to the nature of some
attractions, assistance animals shall not be permitted to ride certain attractions (Please refer to the
Accessibility guide for more details).

Please do not feed the birds or any wild animals that you might encounter during your visit.

1.7 Validity of Tickets: You are required to verify and respect the terms and conditions of your Park
entry ticket.
1.8 Exit & Re-entry: If you intend to leave a Park and return to it, or the other Park, on the same day,
please verify the procedure and necessary documents/hand stamps with an employee before doing
so.

strobe and flashing lights which may cause problems for visitors suffering from photo-sensitivity, who
are therefore advised to avoid them.
