Training Scheme
Hands-on training Hands-on training includes any experiential training that is
focused on the individual needs of the employee. It is conducted directly on
the job. Hands-on training can help employees fit perfectly into their
upcoming or current role, while enhancing their current skills. Coaching or
mentoring Coaching or mentoring can share similar qualities to hands-on
training, but in this type of employee training, the focus is on the
relationship between an employee and a more experienced professional,
such as their supervisor, a coach, or a veteran employee.

Company Policies
Employees:
Dress code policy - Employees are expected to dress in [casual, business
casual, smart casual, business] attire unless the day’s tasks require
otherwise. Our employees must always present a clean, professional
appearance. Everyone is expected to be well-groomed and wear clean
clothing, free of holes, tears, or other signs of wear.
Safety and health - It describe safety and emergency procedures and
require employees to report work-related injuries immediately. Additionally,
some regulations under the Occupational Safety and Health Act require
employers to have specific policies and programs in place if certain
workplace hazards exist.
Timekeeping and pay - Informs our employees method for recording time
worked and the importance of accurately recording their time. A policy on
paydays lets employees know the frequency of paydays, the methods
available for receiving pay, and any special procedures for when a payday
falls on a holiday or when an employee is absent from work.
Meal and break periods - A policy on meal and break periods informs
employees of the frequency and duration of such breaks as well as any rules
or restrictions related to break periods. Rest periods, lactation breaks, and
meal periods must be provided in accordance with federal, state and local
laws.
Anti-harassment and non-discrimination - These policies prohibit
harassment and discrimination in the workplace. Non-discrimination laws are
governed by federal, state and local provisions, so review your applicable
law and account for all appropriate protections.
Employee disciplinary action policy – This is the important company
policies involve discipline and employee conduct. Before you can hold your
employees accountable for their actions, it is important to record your
expectations in terms of performance and behavior in your employee
handbook or individual employee contracts. With complete access to the
rules and regulations of the workplace, you can then enforce disciplinary
action when appropriate while using the employee handbook as a point of
reference.
Drug-Free workplace policy - Drug testing is one way to protect your
workplace from the negative effects of substance misuse. Conducting drug
testing may help your organization comply with federal regulations or
insurance carrier requirements. It can improve workplace safety and reduce
costs from misuse of alcohol and other drugs in the workplace.
Customers:

Compensation and Benefits
The base wage is the fixed and regular wage/salary paid to our employees
for work they perform from us. The base wage can be paid at an hourly or
annual rate, usually depending on the position (i.e., more senior positions
are normally paid an annual salary, while entry-level and junior positions are
often paid an hourly rate). Pay rates are assigned to jobs based on the
responsibilities and requirements of the position, as well as the skills and
competencies required of the individual doing the job here in Unibars.

Benefits
 If you hire employees, register them with the necessary government
programs. The Social Security System (SSS) is a social insurance
program that collects the monthly contribution of employees, along

variety of small loans. An SSS membership is mandatory for all
employees who are 60 years old and below.
 The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Phil Health) is another
government agency that requires monthly contributions from the
employee and the employer.
 The Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) provides a
variety of housing loans to employees. Monthly contributions are
deducted from the salary of the employee.
