While thanking for your inquiry regarding the purchase of brand new Mahindra Powerol

Special Notes :

1. The above indicated prices for installation and other local works will be subject to 8% VAT
at the time of invoicing.

2. Exhaust Extension, Hot Air Duct are measured and paid basis upon completion.

3. The quoted price for installation has calculated considering easy access to the placement.
If any additional works required such as lifting the generator to high-rise buildings etc.
will follow a separate estimate as agreed by both parties.

4. Kindly note that the above rates indicated prices in the quotation are based on the
prevailing rate of government statutory charges. Therefore the price quoted is firm
during validity period and subject to revise if present government statutory charges
changed during this period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery Available ex-stock, subject to Prior sales. If the unit is unavailable at the
time of the order, it will take approximately 30 days from the date of
advance payment for the delivery of goods.

Warranty Generator comes with a manufacturer ’ s warranty of 24 months or

2000 running hours from the date of installation whichever comes first
against any manufacturing defects.

The Generator battery supplied free of charge is not covered under

warranty.

Payment Terms 50% advance payment on order confirmation and balance on delivery.

Validity 30 Days from the date of Quotation.

Unit installation Installation will be carried out by Ideal Motors (Pvt) limited or a
recommended engineering company according to the Mahindra
Warranty Policy (any modifications on the Generator will void the
warranty)
AFTER SALES SERVICE

A team of skilled engineering staff trained by Mahindra Powerol for Power products installations,
repair and maintenance are available to carry out after sales services and repairs.

It is recommended that the client signs a “ Service Agreement ” with Ideal Motors (Pvt) Limited
or an authorized partner to maintain the generator in good condition. A service Contract for this
purpose will be forwarded to the client in due course and charged separately.

SPARES

Adequate stocks of ware-and-tear spare parts and service parts are available at Ideal Motors (Pvt)
Limited. In a rare case of a spare part being unavailable, such spares will be brought down from
Mahindra spare parts center in India approximately in 1 week.
