With Peregrine’s change calendar it becomes easier than ever to manage, schedule and update changes. The calendar provides both functional change management views and interaction within a Microsoft Outlook look and feel. Ultimately organizations can experience a productivity increase through better change planning as managers have a consolidated view into upcoming changes at local, regional and global levels. The change calendar is seamlessly interactive with processes relating to Change Management and provides actionable read and write capabilities so that information is accurately shared between applications. As updates are made from the calendar the Change Management application ensures that changes do not breach service level agreements. This dynamic interaction helps users and managers communicate more effectively and therefore increase work productivity. Users can publish the calendar as PDF or HTML file thereby allowing a wide audience to be aware of upcoming changes. It also can be printed for distribution. Graphical User Interface Resembling a variety of Outlook-like calendar views, the calendar provides visual status of upcoming changes. Users can define color schemas and views based on personal preference. Change technicians are empowered in their ability to update and share their schedule across the enterprise.
