PROJECT TITLE: Making a Stage in VNHS for Formality In Terms of Occasion or Urgent
Events and Competition

NUMBER OF BENEFICIARIES: 2,500 Students and Teachers and beyond

LOCATION OF BENEFICIARIES: Random places as long as they go to VNHS

DATE OF DURATION: June 1, 2020 – Beyond

AREA OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION: Brgy. Poblacion, Vallehermoso Negros Oriental

BUDGET REQUIREMENT: Php 300k

BUDGET REQUESTED: Government/School

I. Background/Situational Analysis

Vallehermoso National High School is one of the biggest school here in Vallehermoso and
it improved throughout time like constructed new buildings for classrooms, facilities like clinic
section (which other students don’t have during their previous years studying in here) and more.
But even if students have all these already, this school doesn’t have stage, which is one of the
important highlight of one’s school. Although that this school is big, it doesn’t have flat surface
like others, so that’s what most people think of why this school doesn’t have a proper stage but
students are sure that if this school requires for one, there will be a budget money to construct the
stage.

II. Project Objectives

 Provides information on how important having stage is in school

 Ensure that the money provided for this project is spent for this and not for other things

III. Expected Output or Outcome of the Project

By the end of May 2020, the output expected are as follows:

1. 75% of the students in here will enjoy the newly constructed stage because the 25% is
specifically for the Senior High School students that has only 2 years left to benefit

2. The said stage is expected to be finished within 2 months; and

3. VNHS is ready for any competition or events to held

IV. Risk Management Plan

The following are the foreseen risks or problems that can happen during project
implementations followed by the measures that would mitigate adverse effects as follows:

1. Money Budget and Trusted Personnel to Hold the Money

People can’t deny that there are some instances where the money budgeting becomes
complicated like on how to spent wisely, the materials to be used, where to buy, how much
money needed, the construction workers and so much more. But for a responsible holder, this
person needs to have list in all the expenses so that there will be no shortage, ask other staffs on
where to buy the materials and how trustworthy their products are, and of course, don’t be
corrupt when holding a large amount of money.
 2. Students Safety

This project of the said school will occur during summer days so the workers and
facilitators will expect that there will be no students roaming around the construction area.
Unless when the month of May comes because it’s time for new enrollees but it’s on the last
week of May to happen, so the stage is soon to finish and the workers ensures that there will be
safety precautions signage.
