IMO Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) rating scheme
• Adopted at MEPC 76 in June, into force 1st of January 2023
• Operational measures to reduce CO2 based on actual
emissions (CO2 emitted per cargo-carrying capacity and
nautical mile)
• Yearly calculation of CII based on reported IMO DCS where
the ship is given a rating from A to E
• Increasingly stringent thresholds towards 2030
• Applicable to cargo and cruise ships above 5000 GT

– Hull Insights
• Provides insight into the current and anticipated
future condition of hull structure
• Results are created by machine-learning
algorithms based on actual operation and class
recordings offering:
• a calculated probability/likelihood for future structural
findings with respect to fatigue utilization and extreme
load response (AIS & weather data)
• current status of the hull; historical recorded coating
condition and findings (NPS data)

• Useful information for the crew when preparing for


your own inspections

- Smart Survey Booking for Container Ships
• IQAX data gives us an overview of vessel schedules for
container ships
• Planned port calls up to twelve weeks ahead
• Estimated time in port (ETA/ETD)

• The data is used to identify the best suited port for


inspection based on scope and cost (travel/overtime)
• SSB e-mail notification including recommended port(s) and scope
• Book survey directly based on recommendation (less steps in SSB)
• Alternatively, chose separate link to edit scope/port
• SSB tool is automatically filled in with planned port calls and
recommendation
