As a Nationalian public speaker, how would you display or establish an authentic

connection with your audience?

Public Speaker is a person who gives speeches consisting various knowledgeable

context to a group of people who are willingly to expand their horizon to a specific topic.
It acquires confidence, communication skills, comprehensible and contact to be able to
accomplish it with an authentic connection with the audience. As a Nationalian, I
assume that those characteristics is difficult to obtain as it requires passion and
dedication.

If they saw potential in me to be a Nationalian public speaker, I would begin my speech

by organizing my thoughts starting from my expectations, experiences and challenges
as I step my right foot forward inside the University. Furthermore, speeches doesn’t end
with what it contains. Giving importance to the content will be tremendously
appreciated. It can be attain by being genuine and transparent wherein they can relate.

As the speech was nearly assembled and constructed. Concentrating with the delivery
would highly caught an attention. According to Cision, the average human being now
has an attention span of eight seconds. Moreover, boredom is a state that should be
avoided that may lose the established connection. As the pandemic commence, most
public speaking was held in an e-commerce event. Which is crucial that the meeting
members wouldn’t pay attention.

Lastly, putting a twist such as ice breaker, fun fact and interesting trivia’s could result to
intensified coordination and I wouldn’t hesitate to apply. Every speeches that was
written by public speakers depicts different stories and unique lessons, we conscious or
unconsciously gain.
