new constructed area till washrooms are 3 Marllahs,washrooms are not including
for one 1.5 we have two options
some area of the ammi room with washroom,
or
if we take the room of abu wala, that is 1.5 marllah almost

We are already capturing more then our leagal land

in the decision of house this thing will be highlighted

As we all know the land under us in low in market value.

The best solution is sell the house in 9million to 10 million and distirbute the
money. which is not possible in short run.
