Dear Mr. Amrhein:

share with you a copy of our Annual Report of activities and finances for Fiscal Year 2006. As our
partner in the WACO Museum and Aviation Learning Center project, we hope you find the report

The Commission is proud to be in its 19th year of service contributing to the creation and
improvement of Ohio’s cultural facilities. As you know, the Commission approves the expenditure
of appropriated state funds for cultural, sports, and historic facility projects in accordance with the
Ohio Revised Code, IRS and bond requirements, and Commission guidelines, and enters into
legal agreements to administer the funding and cooperative facility use.

We are proud to report that this year, the Commission signed legal agreements with 32 local
project sponsors, making them eligible to receive the capital funds appropriated for their projects,
and reimbursed 52 project sponsors from around Ohio on their improvement projects’ paid
invoices.

The Commission also made several advances during the year that should allow us to better serve
cultural organizations that are undertaking facilities projects to benefit their communities and
Ohio's citizens. These advances include producing a Project Planning and Assessment
Handbook to assist sponsors as they plan their capital projects, and publishing a revised edition
of the Project Sponsor Resource Guide, which assists local project sponsors through the typical
process to gain approval for the disbursement of state-appropriated funds.

I look forward to continuing to work with you to help you achieve the goals of your project. If you
have questions about this report or require further project-related information, please feel free to

share with you a copy of our Annual Report of activities and finances for Fiscal Year 2006. As our
partner in the Cincinnati Museum Center project, we hope you find the report informative and
useful.

If you
have questions about this report or require further project-related information, please feel free to
contact me at 614-752-2770.

On behalf of the members and staff of the Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission, I am pleased to
share with you a copy of our Annual Report of activities and finances for Fiscal Year 2006. As our
partner in the Zion Center project, we hope you find the report informative and useful.

If you

partner in the Ward-Thomas Museum project, we hope you find the report informative and useful.

If you

On behalf of the members and staff of the Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission, I am pleased to
share with you a copy of our Annual Report of activities and finances for Fiscal Year 2006. As our

If you

partner in the Cincinnati Art Academy project, we hope you find the report informative and useful.

If you

share with you a copy of our Annual Report of activities and finances for Fiscal Year 2006. As our
partner in the Ohio Theatre - Toledo project, we hope you find the report informative and useful.

If you
have questions about this report or require further project-related information, please feel free to
contact me at 614-752-2770.
