◦ Target Market: Our target market is for the people who loves street food. Street food
culture in India is a very big sector in the food industry, and unorganized. The diverse
culture and variety brings a lot of option regionally, we aim to bring them together.

◦ Competition: There will be no major competitions in the market, there are no options
available with the kind of Menu we serve. The restaurant style experience with hygiene,
comfort and great ambience, stands us apart from other cafes.

◦ Market trend: A large chunk of people love grabbing a bite from the street food, but
avoid due to the informality, hygiene and lack of ambience setting. This is a great
place to come in the evening after work, hangout with friends and grab a bite of your
favourite street food.

We aim to keep the street flavours and the ‘Desi’ touch alive. With the
modifications and fusions, we still keep the authenticity intact to bring the flavours from
the diverse regions of India.
