PRINCIPAL / G.T.U. COORDINATOR OF ALL INSTITUTE HAS TO MAKE AN ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENT AND
INFORM ZONAL OFFICE IN WRITTEN REGARDING FOLLOWING MATTERS.
 IF STAFF LEFT THE COLLEGE / ON VACATION / IN EXTERNAL-PRACTICAL EXAM etc...
 IF STAFF MEMBER IS ADHOC/VISITING MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENT WITH PERMANENT
STAFF.
 FOR ASSESSMENT WORK, IF STAFF MEMBER LEFT THE INSTITUTE, MAKE AN ALTERNATE
ARRAGEMENT WITHIN INSTITUTE.
Instructions for Observers

1. Once you got this order, report to zonal office on given date and time. If you cannot perform your duty, inform to
your principal and zonal office in advance.
2. Get the place and time of reporting from Zonal center in charge.
3. Collect the exam related material (CD, Barcodes, Obs. / Examiner orders, Ans. Book packets for assessment etc.)
allotted from the zonal center. Also observer has to follow the instructions given by zonal center.
4. At the institute check the seal of the CD, provided to the institute.
5. In the exam control room of institute, the computer used for paper Decryption should not connect
to internet /not have wireless connection.
6. Maintain upmost secrecy of the printing work of paper in the exam control room of institute.
Anyone can not use his/her mobile during paper Decryption.
7. Observer has to take care that students are not allowed to enter in the classroom before the 30 min. to
commencing the exam.
8. Principal/ G.T.U. coordinator of the institute has to submit junior supervisors list and block list to the
observer and observer has to assign block for supervision duty randomly to the junior supervisors.
9. During the exam observer has to take a round continuously every blocks.
10. At the end of examination, Observer must remain present and ensure that all answer-books (as per FORM-
1) are counted & packed properly in respective subject’s plastic bags.
11. Once exam is over, observer has to carry the Answer books / Assessed ans. books and CCTV footage CD
with him/her.
12. If observer has any problem during exam contact immediately to zonal officer.
13. If you are appointed as squad member, see that overall discipline of the examination is maintained, In case
of any difficulty at examination center squad member can contact zonal officer
