With a speed of up to 100 packets per minute and an extraordinary range of filling weights
between 50 and 1000 g, the single-cell machine Multipack 3000 offers the highest flexibility
worldwide for wrapping pasty type products. This machine can be equipped with a CIP
cleanable dosing system which fulfills industry standard hygienic requirements. In common
with all the other OYSTAR Benhil filling and wrapping machines, the Multipack 3000 is
characterized by exceptional filling accuracy, extremely high reliability, and a long service life.

• The servo-driven wrapping material advance system plus the ability to integrate all current
date coders guarantee precise wrapper registration and artwork centering

• Reduced cleaning intervals due to CIP cleanable dosing and CIP cleanable product feed
systems (optional)

• The modular machine concept allows easy and low-cost conversion and retrofitting
of individual modules

• Computer-optimized drive cams ensure quiet and gentle machine movements

• Several product feed options are available: Direct feed from the upstream equipment
with corresponding signal exchange, trough with separately driven feed worms, and product
hopper with or without press worm

• Packet folding with distinctive, sharp edges due to filling level control at the dosing station
and stepless adjustment of pressure at the calibrating station

• At a later stage the Multipack 3000 can be adapted for different wrapping materials
and packet sizes for all types of bottom and length side folds by simple replacement of
the individual folders or of the complete folding station

• Standard packet shapes: brick / cube, optional also rolls, round, oval, and triangular
shapes possible

• Centralized lubrication (optional) and the use of numerous maintenance-free components

considerably reduce greasing requirements
