Summary of analysis:
Interview questions were asked from the doctors only. They told us in detail about all the matters
we asked from them. We interviewed 5 doctors from different departments. By the information
they gave us, we analyzed that the data of the patients is recorded digitally in SEHA’s database
which is also very secure. Every patient is assigned a login and password on their entry in the
hospital. Every hospital has a pharmacy in it. Moreover, some emergency medical supplies are
always available in each department for emergency use. These emergency supplies comprises
5
painkillers, basic anti-bacterial ointments and pills and injections etc. Emergencies are handled
by experienced doctors which are present in emergency area 24/7. They handle the emergencies
with full care and attention. There are two blood banks of SEHA. Moreover they have small
repositories of blood in each branch and the blood is available near emergency wards for quick
The questionnaires were filled by the patient relatives in the hospital. From the information
provided by the patient relatives we calculated the percentage of the responses. These responses

Conclusion:
By the responses we got from interviews and questionnaires, we concluded that the overall
performance of the hospital is very good. Surroundings are clean and well managed. All the data
is recorded digitally that reduces the chance of loss of data or any mistakes. Also the duties of
the doctors is controlled digitally so the doctors perform their part of the job carefully, efficiently
13
and visit the patients timely. Emergency wards are also very well managed and are always filled
with highly efficient doctors that are present 24/7 to offer their services to the patients in
emergency conditions. Patients are also very satisfied with the doctors in the hospital. However,
the treatment is expensive for some patients. Blood bank services is also very efficient in the
hospital. Due to the vast network of the hospital, many people donate blood to the hospital and
so the blood is mostly available in the time of emergencies. Medical supplication service is also
very efficient and medicines are available all the time in the hospital and there were only few
patients that had issues with the medical supply service. Thus, we can say that the overall
Future work:
We asked the doctors about the future plans that they had for the hospital. They told us briefly
about what they are planning to add up in SEHA. They were mainly looking up to add artificial
machines in the hospital and other machines that will make the work of the doctors easier and
efficient so the chance of error is reduced. They were mostly planning to import machinery in the
emergency wards and surgical departments as the work in those departments need more
precision that is difficult for a human to do. They said that machines would increase the success
In expanding the SEHA’s services, they said that they already have 12 hospitals and 2 blood
banks. In future they are planning to build hospitals in remote areas where there are not enough
medical services or are difficult to reach. Also they are planning to expand their services
internationally in the future so they will be able to serve larger part of the humanity.
