2. Please ensure that all the information on this admit card including photograph, signature and barcode are clearly visible on the
printout of the Admit Card.
4. Candidates are advised to report to the examination venue at the time mentioned on the Admit card. The candidate will not be
allowed to Enter the Examination venue after Gate Closure.
5. In case of any discrepancy in the admit card, please contact our helpdesk 9513850012 immediately.
6. It is mandatory for all candidates to bring PRINTED copy of Admit Card for the examination. If the details/information in the
admit card are found to be tampered with, and/or are in disagreement with the candidate's particulars available with this office,
the candidate will not be permitted to attend the written exam.
7. Candidates are required to bring an original of any one of the following as photo identity proof along with your Admit Card to
the test Centre: a. Voter ID Card / b. Passport / c. Driving license / d. PAN Card / e. Aadhaar Card / Full Page Colour Printout of E-
Aadhaar Card letter
8. Candidate shall sign in the space provided in this admit card only in the presence of the Invigilator.
9. Use of calculators/ logarithmic tables etc. is not permitted except for post nos.1 to 4 for which system enabled calculator will be
available.
10. Candidates are not allowed to bring any personal belongings like electronic devices/smart watch/bluetooth mobile
phones/camera/data storage devices/ books/bags/textual material printed or written bits of paper, etc., inside the exam hall.
11. Travelling Allowance (TA) fare equivalent to II class rail fare or bus fare by shortest route will be paid only to SC/ST candidates,
beyond 30 km from test venue, subject to production of original tickets and copy of caste certificate. The amount of TA will be
credited to the respective Bank Account which is provided at the time of filling the online application form. TA will be paid only if
the candidates are found eligible to appear for written examination and appeared in the test. You are required to submit the TA
claim in the prescribed form along with a copy of the caste certificate, original tickets of the journey performed by you.
12. Candidates found violating the instruction of the Invigilator will be disqualified.
13. No request for postponement of computer-based test, skill test, change of venue, etc. will be entertained.
15. Examination will be conducted online (CBT Mode). You must enter your Username and Password to login 10 minutes before
the Exam Start time to read the Assessment related instructions. Please ensure that your name and other details which will
subsequently appear on the screen are correct.
16. In case of any ambiguity in questions/answers in Hindi (or in the local language as applicable), the respective question and its
answer in English will be treated as the correct question/answer.
17. Results will be published on HWB website; hence candidates are advised to visit the website www.hwb.gov.in regularly for
further instructions/updates.
18. All candidates Screened in Stage-I Test will only be allowed to undertake Stage-II Advanced Test
