2. 设备结构简述 Brief introduction of equipment structure
(1) 加热炉体 Heating furnace body

加热炉体为分体式，分为上盖和
炉底座，上盖可打开，便于维修。
炉壳钢结构由各种型钢和钢板焊
接而成，采用 10﹟国标槽钢焊接成
框架，外壳采用优质热轧钢板（不小
于 6mm）。面板采用 10mm 钢板焊接制
作。确保炉体整体强度，架体结构不
扭曲、不变形。

为原料，使用专用设备制成 300×300×350
的规格（压缩重量≥230kg/m3），并在加
工过程留有一定的压缩量，以保证模块在
砌筑完毕后，每块陶瓷纤维块在不同方向
膨胀，使模块之间互挤成无间隙的整体，
达到完好蓄热效果，而且该产品施工方便
快捷，均能直接固定于炉壳钢板的不锈钢
锚固件上。与其他产品相比优点为低导热，
低热容量，优良的腐蚀性能，优良的热稳
定性及热抗震性、绝热性,并且锚固件设置
于炉体冷面，提高了纤维的耐高温强度。所
以保温效果好，升温快，省电省时，同时减
少电炉的热辐射及对流的损失，并可改善炉
温的均匀性。
炉底采用高强度轻质耐火砖按砌筑工艺规范执行，使用寿命长，炉侧两壁采用莫来石砖
按砌筑工艺规范执行，具有超能的隔热性能，减少炉内热量消耗；夹层填充硅酸铝纤维棉，
减少电炉的热辐射及对流的损失，并可改善炉温的均匀性。

(3) 加热元件 Heating element

加热元件采用优质高电阻合金材料 0Cr27Al7Mo2，优质高温合金电阻丝加工成波纹状或螺
旋线状.马弗管上、下部加热,安装、维修快捷方便，合理排布,安全可靠，与炉体外壳绝对不
会形成热短路。

(4) 炉心管 Furnace core tube

炉心管选用φ89×5mm 耐高温不锈钢管，共计 2 支，沿长度方向平放于炉膛内，单层排列。
炉膛中间每隔一定距离用特制多晶莫来石高温砖支撑，炉管主炉进口处有炉管热胀冷缩定向导
轮，外配重锤自动伸缩装置，以防止加热过程中弯曲变形。
在淬火炉进口和冷却管出口处为防止钢带表面划伤和浪费氢气，每根管配一个进口（出口）
管套，每根钢带上配一个定位导轮，导轮材质为冷硬铸铁，导轮上下可调。

9. 双方责任 The two sides responsibility
(1) 卖方责任 The seller's responsibility：

1.1、卖方负责提供给买方符合合同约定买方认可的、质量可靠的钢带热处理炉一套。
The Seller shall provide the Buyer with a set of steel strip heat treatment
furnaces with reliable quality that are approved by the Buyer in accordance with the
contract.
1.2、工程服务 Engineering services：
 运输前设备及备件均应齐备；
Equipment and spare parts shall be ready before transportation;
 负责提供有关技术资料。包括：发货清单、使用说明书、电器接线图、产品合格证等；
Before transportation of engineering services, equipment and spare parts shall
be fully equipped with relevant technical data. Including: delivery list, operation
manual, electrical wiring diagram, product certificate, etc;
 设备现场安装，现场培训买方操作人员；

(2) 买方责任 The buyer's responsibility：
2.1、买方必须提供符合所有安全、消防、排污等规范的工作环境和场所。卖方不承担任何因
买方不能提供以上工作环境和场所而产生的损失或损坏。

2.7、安装调试期间买方负责免费提供所用动力、照明、水、电、氧气及乙炔等能源、以及电
焊机、天车、试车材料。

2.8、配备相应的人员协助现场安装调试；

10. 设备系统对用户要求 Equipment system requirements for users
1. 室内安装，为平整的干燥水泥地面（20m×3m），退火炉两侧距墙体至少应保持 1.5 米左
右的距离,以便正常操作。
For indoor installation, it shall be a flat dry cement floor (20m×3m). The
distance between both sides of the annealing furnace and the wall shall be at least
1.5 meters, so as to facilitate normal operation.
2. 电控柜与退火炉之间应隔 5 米左右,以利空气流通,人员检修；并错开进、出口高温区域，

6. 买方需配套不小于 5T 行车一部，吊钩中心标高≥8m；

7. 买方负责设备卸车并将设备的各段放置在预定位置上；

11. 设备安装、调试及培训 Equipment installation, commissioning and training
(1) 安装 The installation

1) 设备运抵买方生产现场后，按照卖方指定的平面图，由买方负责设备就位，将设备的各
段放置在预定位置上。

responsible for placing the equipment in place and placing each section of the
equipment in a predetermined position according to the plan designated by the seller.
2) 整套设备的安装由卖方负责，买方应协助配合；
The seller shall be responsible for the installation of the whole set of equipment,
and the Buyer shall provide assistance and cooperation.
3) 买方应配备适当人员及设备和工具协助卖方现场安装。
The Buyer shall provide appropriate personnel, equipment and tools to assist the
Seller in site installation.
(2) 调试 Debugging
1) 调试期间，卖方人员会同买方人员共同进行；

buyer's personnel;
2) 卖方进行现场安装和冷、热态的调试，保证设备正常使用，调试时的热处理工艺、操作
由买方完成,卖方人员协助参与。

during commissioning shall be completed by the buyer with the assistance of the
seller's personnel.
(3) 培训 Training
1) 买方提供 1 至 2 名工艺工程师和 1 名维修工程师作为被培训人员，被培训人员持续参与
整个安装、冷调、热调过程来获得设备的系统知识及操作知识，完成培训过程。
The buyer shall provide 1 to 2 process engineers and 1 maintenance engineer as
the trained personnel. The trained personnel shall continuously participate in the
whole installation, cooling and heating process to acquire the system knowledge and
operation knowledge of the equipment and complete the training process.

2) 卖方会根据操作人员和维护人员的工作内容分工来对其进行培训，并使其熟悉设备的操
作和维护知识；
The seller will train operators and maintenance personnel according to the

equipment knowledge;
3) 培训工作由卖方项目组在设备安装、冷调和热调的时候提供。培训时向被培训人员培训

The training will be provided by the seller's project team during equipment
installation, cooling and heating. During the training, the trainees shall be trained
on the following contents:
1 有关危险与安全操作规则重要信息，包括报警信息的查看和处置方式讲解；

2 工艺编制说明，包括典型零部件的处理程序讲解；

3 设备操作说明，包括使买方人员熟悉整个设备的操作模式以及设备控制方式的讲解；

4 设备维护说明讲解；
Explain equipment maintenance instructions;
5 其它工作所需的讲解；
Explanation for other work;
6 安装、调试及培训一次完成，时间根据买方情况而定，买方准备充分电话通知卖方
相关人员上门服务。如因买方准备不充分，缺少相应设备及材料导致上述工作中断，待下次
准备充分再继续上述工作，则下次费用应由买方承担。
Installation, commissioning and training shall be completed at one time
according to the situation of the buyer. The buyer shall be fully prepared to
call the seller for on-site service. If the above work is interrupted due to
insufficient preparation and lack of relevant equipment and materials by the Buyer,
the next time expenses shall be borne by the Buyer to continue the above work
until the next time the buyer is fully prepared.
12. 设备验收 Equipment acceptance
1) 设备合同中的供货范围和技术参数是验收的唯一依据，除非买卖双方在合同签定前单独
商定了验收条款。
The scope of supply and technical parameters in the equipment contract shall be
the only basis for acceptance, unless the buyer and the seller separately agree on
the terms of acceptance prior to the signing of the contract.
2) 验收过程发现不影响总体功能的瑕疵，买方不得以此拒绝设备的验收。瑕疵将由卖方在
一定时间内补救好。

The Buyer shall not reject the acceptance of the equipment if defects found during
the acceptance process do not affect the overall function. Defects will be remedied
by the seller within a certain period of time.
3) 买方开始使用设备进行生产时，视为设备已验收。
When the Buyer begins to use the equipment for production, it shall be deemed that
the equipment has been accepted.
4) 如果发货后长达一个月或安装调试完成后，因各种原因导致安装、冷调、热调以及验收
仍不能正常完成，且主要责任不在卖方的，视为设备已验收。
If the installation, cooling, heating and acceptance cannot be completed normally
due to various reasons for more than one month after delivery or after the completion
of installation and debugging, and the main responsibility is not the seller's, the
equipment shall be deemed to have been accepted.
13. 售后服务承诺与质量保证 After-sales service commitment and quality assurance
(1)售后服务 After-sales service

1) 卖方负责提供合同要求的整套设备，运输前设备及备件均应齐备；
The seller shall be responsible for providing the whole set of equipment required
by the contract. Equipment and spare parts shall be ready before transportation.
2) 提供各种使用说明书等有关技术文件；
To provide all kinds of operation instructions and other relevant technical
documents;
3) 建立用户档案，提醒用户更换易损件，检查设备及注意事项。不定期与客户联系，帮助
解决生产中出现的问题；
Establish user files, remind users to replace wearing parts, check equipment and
precautions. Contact with customers irregularly to help solve problems in production;
4) 对设备实现终身服务，在合同期内卖方为用户提供全面的技术服务和售后服务；
The seller shall provide lifelong service to the equipment, and provide
comprehensive technical and after-sales services to users during the contract period.
(2)质量保证 Quality assurance

1) 设备整机（易损件除外）的质保期以设备出厂之日起 13 个月或设备调试合格后 12 个月
（以先到为准），质量保证期限为 1 年(人为因素除外），终身提供售后服务。
The warranty period of the complete equipment (except the wearing parts) is 13
months from the date of leaving the factory or 12 months after the equipment is tested
and qualified (whichever is the first). The warranty period is 1 year (except human
factors), and after-sales service will be provided for life.
2) 质保期内易损件更换不属于设备质量问题。质保期内明显属于卖方的质量问题，由卖方
负责免费维修；若因买方使用不当而引发设备故障，维修费用由买方负担。
The replacement of wearing parts during the warranty period is not a quality
problem of equipment. During the warranty period, the quality problems obviously

belong to the seller, and the seller shall be responsible for free maintenance. In
case of equipment failure caused by improper use by the Buyer, the repair cost shall
be borne by the buyer.
3) 质保期内，设备出现故障时卖方首先可通过电话或视频远程指导买方相关人员排除故障，
若经卖方远程指导不能使设备达到正常使用状态，卖方在收到买方书面通知后正常情况
下 3 个工作日内应派技术人员到买方厂区，使其设备恢复正常工作状态。边远地区、港
澳台及国外客户 7 个工作日内给予回复解决。

4) 质保期满后，卖方继续无偿提供产品技术咨询,以优惠的价格提供备品备件,如设备出现
故障买方应协助卖方在 3 个工作日内提出有效方案，若买方还是不能解决故障问题经买
方书面通知后卖方在 3 个工作日内派技术人员到现场帮助修复，买方承担所有费用。
After the expiry of the warranty, the seller continues to provide free technical
consultation, to provide spare parts with preferential price, such as equipment
malfunction the buyer shall assist the seller within 3 working days put forward
effective solution, or if the buyer can't solve the problem of fault after the buyer's
written notice to the seller within 3 working days send technical personnel to the
scene to help repair, the buyer bear all the costs.
14. 不可抗力 The force majeure
在合同规定的履行期限内，由于严重的火灾、水灾、台风、地震、战争、暴乱以及其它
不可预见并且后果不能避免的不可抗力，致使卖方交付延迟或不能交付时，双方可免于承担
违约责任。
Within the period of performance stipulated in this Contract, both parties shall
not be liable for breach of contract if the seller delays or fails to deliver the
goods due to serious fire, flood, typhoon, earthquake, war, riot or other force
majeure events which are unforeseeable and unavoidable.

 在方案修改可被接受的情况下，客户要求做出服务和方案更改后，我们允将调整价格。

the customer requests the service and the modification of the scheme.

2. 交货 Delivery of the goods
(1) 交货时间：预付款到 60 个工作日内交货；

(2) 交货地点：卖方车间现场交货。

3. 包装及运输 Packing and Transportation
(1) 包装 Packaging：
在运输中可能会损坏的部件、难以运输的部件及部分安装部件，在出厂前拆卸下来分开包
装，其余设备裸装；

transported and part of the installation parts shall be removed and separately packed
before delivery, and the rest of the equipment shall be unpacked;
(2) 运输 Transport：
汽车运输，运输费用由买方承担。

4. 付款方式 Terms of payment
(1) 合同生效后需方预付合同总价款 50％；

After the contract becomes effective, the buyer pays 50% of the total contract price
in advance.
(2) 提货前再支付 50％；
Pay another 50% before taking delivery;
(3) 国外客户需方承担供方调试人员签证费、往返机票、车票及食宿费用；
The demander of foreign customers shall bear the visa fees, round-trip air tickets,
tickets and accommodation expenses of the supplier's commissioning personnel;
(4) 需方负责供方调试人员的安全，并按人民币 600 元/人/天给予补贴。
The Demander shall be responsible for the safety of the commissioning personnel of
the supplier, and shall be given a subsidy of RMB 600 / person / day.
5. 其他事项 Other matters
(1) 本协议经双方签字盖章后，作为订货合同附件，与合同具有同等的法律效力；

as an annex to the order contract and shall have the same legal effect as the contract;
(2) 本协议一式二份,供需双方各执一份；
This agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy;
