Built upon the threefold objectives of providing software solutions to its clients at affordable
prices without comprising quality while ensuring its positive role towards women empowerment
on parallel, Tech-feminine commenced its professional operations in year 2020.

Tech-feminine, an innovative idea!

Pakistan suffers from the two prong problems of high illiteracy and severe unemployment. The
situation is even worse for its female population that has even lower rates of literacy and higher
rates of unemployment. To the worst, more than half the women graduates in different sectors
never enter work, thanks to the societal pressures and deplorable work environments. A massive
women human capital from the technology industry in our country is suffering from the same
menace. In this backdrop, tech-feminine has pledged to engage this highly qualified women
workforce in at least half of its projects, providing them the opportunity to work from home. By
doing this, we believe, we can help empower women, hone their skills, generate for them a
source of handsome income and decrease the general dependency ratio in the Pakistani society.
