secure, and obtain, on my behalf, my NBI – Clearance which I applied in your
Honorable Office and was released last on 26 February 2021.

This authority includes, but is not limited to, the requesting, claiming and
signing of all documents relating thereto, and to do and perform all and every
act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present. Any
and all works carried out by Mr. Villavicencio, on my behalf pursuant to such
authority shall have the same effect as acts of my own.
