AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION OF SUBDIVISION AND
REDUCTION OF LAND AREA

I, ROSE JANE V. NUIZ, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Brgy. Sto.
Niño Magallanes, Agusan del Norte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state THAT:

1. I am a lawful owner/ buyer of a portion of land consisting an area of Three

Hundred Eighty Nine (389) square meters, located at Barangay Mabini,
Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte;
2. The portion of land I owned is part and parcel of a land covered under Original
Certificate of Title (OCT) No. P-14868 with an area of Three Thousand One
Hundred Fourteen (3,114) square meters;
3. Proof of my ownership is indicated in an Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate of
Florentina D. Estomo with Simultaneous Deed of Sale, notarized under Doc No.
21; Page No. 6; Book No. XII, series of 2021, by Atty. Geramer V. Durato,
attached herewith;
4. I caused the subdivision to identify the area of my portion, and as such,
described as follows:

LOT 1882-A
Area: 368 sq.m.
1 2 S 290 30’ E 14.07 m.
2 3 S 650 43’ W 26.38 m.
3 4 N 280 42’ W 14.05 m.
4 1 S 650 43’ E 26.18 m.

5. There is now a reduction of the area of the portion I owned, from 389 sq.m. to
368 sq.m., of which I acquiesced;
6. That I confirm the foregoing subdivision survey to be true and correct to the
best of my knowledge and information;
7. I am executing this affidavit in order to indicate my acquiescence to the
reduction in the land area as shown in the foregoing Deed and in the
Subdivision Plan of Land;

8. As such, I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and
for whatever legal purposes.
