the result of the mean and verbal interpretation from the answer
of the respondents is accurate to the study. The Likert scale
shows that the range of from 1 to 1.80 is almost never true, from
1.81 until 2.60 is seldom true, from 2.61 until 3.40 is
occasionally true, from 3.41 until 4.20 is frequently true, and
from 4.21 until 5.00 is almost always true. Most of the result is
ranging from 3.41 to 5.00 which is under frequently true to
almost always true.

We are 99% confident level that the study in the organizational
management subject has a major impact to the leadership style of the
ABM Presidents.
We used 99% as confident level because based on the answer of the
respondents are ranging from frequently true to almost always true. We
are confident that most of the ABM Presidents applied what they have
learned from their subject Organizational Management.
