AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS

I, ALVIN JOHN P. VALSORABLE of legal age, Filipino and presently

residing in Karangalan, Felix Ave. Cainta, hereby voluntarily disposed my
personal knowledge and state the following:

1. That I lost the original copies of the attached documents as appearing

into this affidavit namely: “Contract To Sell” dated May 31, 2014 (Annex
“A”), Absolute Deed of Sale (Annex “B”) and Deed of Assignment and
Transfer of Rights (Annex “C”) in the year 2015.

2. That these documents were nowhere to be found after events of flood in

the Metro Manila and due to my transfer of residences over the years
that past.

3. That effort was made to search and retrieve the original documents but
only to found it futile.

4. That I acknowledge the circumstances brought by the loss of these

documents especially as these documents were to be used as court
evidence.

5. That I am are executing this joint-affidavit to attest the truthfulness of

the foregoing facts stated and to use the same for whatever legal purpose
it may serve.
