TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All participants MUST sign a waiver. No signed waiver, no training.

2. All participants MUST bring the following:

 Individual Gear & PPE


 1 pc Triangular bandage
 2 pcs elastic bandage
 Short ropes (10 meters)

3. Requesting agency MUST provide the following equipment:

 Stretcher
 Neck brace
 First aid kit
 Splints
 Projector
 Sound System
 MDRRMO hardwares

4. The training fee will be paid in FULL even in the occasion that the training will be cancelled due
to force majeure.

5. Transportation, food and accommodation of the trainers shall be shouldered by the requesting
agency.
