Our mission is to give Fancy and High quality Scrunchies at low cost. It can suit to any ages, even
if you’re a kid, millennial or adults. Our goal is to help them increase their confidence whether if
they have short hair, long hair or even curly hair. You can be beautiful in any way you are.

My Small Business, Scrunshine is a combination of Scrunchies and Shine. Because I believe that
someday it will shine and grow bigger. For now I will focus in Scrunchies and I am planning to
add more products in this coming months like Lip Tints and Make ups.

II. PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Our Product is made out of Velvet Fabric and it’s handmade. I am the one who’s making it even
if sometimes I’m busy with my studies and work, I manage my time to sew Scrunchies. Our
Scrunchies have different colors like white, black, green, pink, violet and many more. You can
also request what design or what color you want. In my business, I assure my customers/buyers
that our product is high quality and full of love.
 III. MARKET ANALYSIS
Target Market
-My target market is Ladies in any age. Because my product is not only for teenagers or
millennials, it can also fit in Adults and Kids. My business have physical store and facebook
page, our physical store is located at Green Farm Subdivision, we’re accepting walk in
customers. And our FB page is Scrunshine by: Jhelle, we accept bulk orders, resellers orders and
individual orders. In our page, you can the different type, designs and colors of scrunchies. My
business has a lot of competitors like other businesses selling scrunchies too. But I’m assuring
my customers that I will serve them wholeheartedly and I will give them Fancy and High Class
Scrunchies in very affordable price.

Price Range
Small/Regular Size Scrunchies – 10-15Pesos each
Medium Size Scrunchies – 15-20Pesos each

IV. PRODUCT AND SERVICE

My business may look small, but I can assure my buyers that I will satisfy them with my
products and they don’t need to have a lot of money to look very young and to look blooming
by using my products for their hair. My product goal is to give more confidence to Ladies by
wearing Scrunchies. At very affordable price, they can be beautiful whatever hair they have.

V. MARKETING AND SALES PLAN

My product is available at my Physical Store and FB page. You can also request a TikTok video of
packing your orders. You can also avail for someone, all you need to do is send us your message
for that someone, address and you can pay in GCash. In very affordable Fancy gift, you can
surprise your love ones. In delivering products, we have minimum order to have free delivery
but if you don’t reach it, we will add a little handling fee. We also add Freebies like earings and
stickers.
