Explanation of the Above ideas

Online Medication Service: This idea was suggested keeping in view the present situation
of covid-19. As people are reluctant to go out to the medical stores and secondly in some areas
the government imposed very strict lock down. So, we took this idea as an opportunity. In this
business our primary target market is the citizens of Multan (Multan Region). This service would
deliver medicines to the people at their doorstep. People can avail this service by ordering the
medicines through the app. And our volunteers near to location would purchase the medicine
from the pharmacy and deliver to the people. In this idea we have two choices whether to
establish our own pharmacy or purchase the medicines. But establishing our own pharmacy
would require a huge investment. The advantage would be following:

1. Time saving.

2. COVID-19 SOPs will be followed.

3. There is no need to go in queue.

And the most important thing you can also call the help at home too if you too old and you can
laboratory for giving your sample of blood they can take it from your home too.

Lawn Care Service as a business plan. If you grew up with a lawn, chances are your parents
made you take care of it. For many of us, lawn care is bothersome, but for some, it offers a sense
of peace. Lawn care services require little more than some basic equipment, a trailer and perhaps

some staff, depending on how many clients you have and how big the jobs are.
Online Sanitizing Service: This idea was suggested keeping in view the current situation
of Covid-19. As in the present situation people are unwilling to go to places and stores teemed
with people. And due to lockdown in most the areas it becomes difficult for them to go out so we
considered this idea as an opportunity. In this business our target market is the citizen of Multan.

This service would deliver grocery to the people at their doorstep. People can avail this service
by ordering the grocery through the app. And our volunteers near to the location would purchase
the grocery from any of the grocery stores and deliver to the people. In this idea we have two
choices whether to establish our own grocery store or purchase the grocery. But establishing our
own grocery store would require a huge investment.

House Sanitizing Service. This idea was suggested keeping in view the current situation. I
rarely found this kind of service in Multan. And I took this opportunity because people will
prefer to clean their house and mostly health-conscious people would avail this service a lot. In
this service our employees or volunteers would go to the houses, properly clean and sanitize their
houses. For this service we will require a huge staff. Initially this service would be provided to
the Multan region. It can be expanded keeping in view the business growth. Secondly, we will
develop an app provide all the details over there. We will select the central location in Multan so
that it will take less time to reach our workmen to the required destination. Or we have another
choice we can establish camps in different areas in Multan in different days of the week. This
will also raise the awareness among the people and we will persuade them to make their houses
germs free. Secondly it would be less costly rather to establish a service center at a single
location.

Online Assignment Making (Free lancing) : This idea is very popular now a days. As students
feel burdened to make their assignments along with their reading task. So, we will make a team
of 5 to 6 people those will provide an online assignment making service. This would be easier for
the students. As the payment and service would be online in this idea so we can spread this
busines internationally as well.

House Maintenance Service: I chose this business plan keeping in view the pain point of most
the people. The service would provide all sort of home repair services such as plumber service,
electric appliances repair services and cleaning service in Multan. In this service we have two
choices.

1. Rather to hire our own workforce and bring them at central location called complain
office that would provide this kind of service Multan region.
2. We will persuade most of the skilled technicians but those who are unable to grow their
business well, as well as we will hire some staff then we will develop an app and our
website where people could order for this service. This would save people time to out and
search for plumbers and technicians they would just call us through our app or through
website and order online. Our workmen in that nearby location would go and provide the
service.
This would give the plumber and technicians a proper recognition and locations would be
divided according to their quick and fast access. This business plan can be expanded
gradually in other cities as well and then in the country.

Keeping all the mentioned business ideas we concerned to most of the people in Multan,
online medication and grocery service would not work that much because most the
grocery stores and pharmacies are providing their own online services now a days. Lawn
care service most of the people still prefer to maintain their lawns themselves and most of
the families in Multan belong to middle class so they would not prefer this service.
Secondly most of the people don’t have lawns in front of their houses. The freelancing
work is also very common now a days and this business is opted by most the people and
still most of the students prefer to make their own assignments and presentations then
comes the house sanitizing service this idea was unique because no such service have
been provided in Multan region and house repair service. Then we asked most of the
people in this regard they chose house repair service because this idea can grow and can
be spread to other cities as well. Also, no such kind of service is being provided in
Multan. And this is the pain point of most the people. As people are busy in their daily
life so they are unwilling to go out and search for the technicians and plumbers. So
finally, we selected house maintenance service idea. And the house maintenance service
idea can be merged with the home cleaning idea in the future if the business worked well.
